And most of their equipment are bought and installed by their sub-contractors, who pay the customs duties and taxes, at point of entry. Those "leaders" from the non-Igbo speaking parts of the Nigerdelta who journeyed to Kaduna in 1967 and begged former Northern region governor, Hassan Katsina, to beg the then HoS, Yakubu Gowon, to cut off the non-Igbo speaking parts of the old eastern region from Biafra, those "leaders" brought the present injustices and havoc to the Nigerdelta.

Immediately after those "leaders" journey to Kaduna, Cross River and Rivers State were created from Biafra by Gowon to balkanise Biafra. That was the main reason for Biafra collapse.

Immediately after, Northern people seized the billion dollars worth oil blocks in the Niger delta - till today.

Indirectly they brought all these upon themselves just for the hatred of the Igbo race. God has blessed the Igbos and there is nothing anyone can do about it.

Always a terrible experience, we had one of these clashes in 1997 when I was in Ilaro. The fight also started in the bus terminal where tugs attacked our SUG president who had gone to resolve a misunderstanding between students and bus drivers. It was a blood bath for almost two days before students were evacuated from the community. May the souls of the departed Rest In Peace

I used to think this way many years ago but my thinking as changed. Infact my friends then used to call me Mr Russia.

US is by far the most developed country in every aspect. This Russia you are hyping does not have the sophistication and economy of California.

Tell me one aspect Russia can compete with the US. Tell me the innovations that has come out of Russia in recent years.

The US is evolving everyday and spending hundreds of billions into research while Russia will go to the media to brag about a missile that can reach thousands of miles away.

The fact that Russia is still largely dependent on oil and gas just like Nigeria, Angola, Saudi, Venezuela says a lot about the country. In recent year US has dominated the technology space. Even China can't stand them. China can only steal their intellectual property to make gadgets and sell to poor countries.

If US wants to crumble that Russia's economy today, they have what it takes. The problem is that countries like Nigeria will also be affected. All the US need to do is to flood the world market with oil. Yes, the US has lots and lots of untapped oil wells.

Most of you hating the US are just jealous. Some of you do it for religious and political reasons while some just do it as a way of sympathizing with the underdog.

US is by far the most powerful in the world.

On a lighter mood, will you select a Russia visa ahead of a US visa? . If no, you are a big hypocrite

Just because Russia has managed to produce an automobile with German Porsche and Bosch technology you are hyperventilating. And if you care to research on space sdventure you will have come across the term Skylab which rivalled the Soviet Mir space station long before the ISS was built. Today American entrepreneurs are flying space craft into near orbit at will and Elon Musk has just tested the most powerful rocket engine ever built which cannot get approval yet due its inherent safety compromises.

America is about its people while Russia like Nigeria is all about its government. Weak people, strong government can never sustain excellence in the long term. Please be informed and don't let a common automobile cause a loss of judgement.
