Press "F9" then enter key to restore defaults and try again

If it automatically comes here by itself the moment you power it up, your keyboard might be faulty.

Could also be a corrupted windows(unlikely)

I already tried loading it with new windows it won’t allow keeps going back here .

And what keys will i put after f9
