Technology will be the main cause of our separation. Technology is ending the petrol state system of government we've been running since 1970.

Just yesterday, Britain (or England) marked the first day they didn't use a single coal to power there country since the industrial revolution. Let's not forget how technology gave birth to Shale revolution in USA.

Nigeria as we are constituted cannot survive without oil.

But if we really wanna still be One nation, we have between now and 2023 to change our constitution and restructure Nigeria.

Provide education
health care

portable water
transportation
clothing
virtually everything

I ask myself many at time what exactly has Nigeria done from birth to show that it is my country all she does is to take away oil from my backyard unabated to heaven knows where.it is really pathetic.

when I attempt to import edibles like rice and vegetable oil,they get seized at the ports and taken to the north to feed almajiris and IDPs.when I move out off my domain to hustle and return home ,hungry thieves in the name of customs search and forcefully take away my rice and oils. I begin to wonder if the country exist to feed on me or what?

Sir no matter what their government gains from you the average citizens doesnt care . The citizens are bigger than the government and when they start attacking these drugs dealers in their streets the only thing the government will do is issue a press statement apologizing on their behalf until it happens again. My point; the fact that they have started by voicing their concerns tells me if the government doesn't control the influx sht is going to hit the fan soon . Now on the other hand if you people remain silent while they enslave you in your country do you think the average Chinese in china gives a damn about your docile nature? No .

To be sincere I don't think this Biafra agitation will last 10 years, and there won't be much concessions to the Igbos aside Igbo presidency. The most proactive agitator is in prison now and only international pressure can get him out now.

The Igbos are not good politicians that is the biggest problem and most of their politicians are business men and millionaires that only think about expanding their business empires only.

My advice to Ndi Igbo, play good politics (both local and international) and you will gain progress with anything you set to achieve including Biafra.

I don't know where you stay but there are some states whose governors have and are providing good roads, pipe borne water is available, basic health care in some states are free or heavily subsidized in government hospitals, Education is free to secondary level in some states and some government owned public schools are heavily subsidized, communication is private sector based BUT it's cheap compared to what is obtainable in other countries.

True talk.... However, this is an option that can serve as an alternative. Do you realize that if half of what was stated in the point raised, is implemented, Nigeria will revert back to regionalism, which in my opinion, is a step closer to complete independence.
