Thanks for your response and i appreciate your advice, am ataully married with a kid and earn 150k per month, on the second note do you think i should apply for a student visa or for employment visa cause my friend is ready to do any of this, i will need your sincere advice like always. if am to do any of the above what should be the time frame.

Be VERY sure that you are meeting requirements or you will just be throwing money into drain.
If you are too desparate then this alone can be refusal.

@ighojohn: don't tell dem you want to stay 3months. Say u'll stay 5days cos u don't want to leave your family for so long. U could take ur marriage cert and a pic. Emphasize d fact that u have a child in nigeria. U shld be fine. D v/o might nt even check any doc.

You re right on point because i witness another one said he want to buy car in USA with previous receipt of cars purshased before but got refused even with huge evidence of previous receipt cars bought the VO took break and asked supervisor inside again before he refuse the man .

those guys know that nigerians lie alot and fake documents. so the main thing is that if u can prove you have reasonable employment and you are of a reasonable age like say 28 and above.you good to go. its all psychology.

The Enforcer: To get a us visa,you have to be qualified regardless of whoever is sponsoring you.Being married and having a good job gives you a fantastic chance of getting the visa.The sponsor has to provide his financial docs ,but you may also need to present yours to prove that you are financially stable,and you do not intend to elope.Try to reconcile those accounts in order to make them more sizeable.Be hopeful for the best

By the way, you neither need a fax machine or number, tell him to send it to you as email attachment: you can print that out in internet centre

i need your advice and assistance, firstly, have an account with eco back that i use always and close to 2m have run through it and the balance there is 400k but the issue is that the name on that account is different from the one on my passport, and recent i set up an account with gtb with balance of 60k but i intend to transfer the 400k to this new account and the new account carry the name on my passport, what should i do ? can i make use of the old acc or the new one. but the thing is that i have a sponsor that will take care of every thing do i still need my statement of account ?

secondly how do i get a fax number cause my sponsor want to fax his documents to me but i dont have a fax machine or number.
