For such countries they appear to have similar ideologies or something that binds them together. In our case it simply oil - the control of it!
Don't kid yourself you can salvage this country built on such faulty foundation. The moment the oil runs out, there wont be any need for any of the oil producing parts of the country. The Ijaws will simply be reminded that they contribute nothing more, and Igbo will be told how their land is erosion ravaged among others. Yorubas will remind everyone who cares to listen that they are no longer ready to accommodate non-indigenes in Lagos, the commercial nerve of the country, and will move to reassert control. The Hausa/Fulani will simply use their 'numbers' to get whatever they believe they need, and also resort to mining other minerals. Those who didn't get much from their oil will rue their shortsightedness. Everyone will be in mad rush to re-adjust, and consequently the country will disintegrate.

The best time to re-negotiate the country is NOW. The structure will need to be change such that everyone will know why they are part of Nigeria and whether they want to continue being part, and at what cost. Anyone who want to make something meaningful of Nigeria base on the current structure is not a good student of history. Nigeria, based on the current structure, is doomed to fail. It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when. We are not ideologically compatible; we are destined to be several great nations, rather than a bumbling, retardedd giant!

It best now to initiate a controlled dismantling exercise, as the alternative is a chaotic implosion with possible attendant catastrophic human and material cost of the next generation or beyond!

It's not a must to live together. Nigeria can survive without Igbos/yoruba/hausa, and Igbos/yoruba/hausa can survive without Nigeria. We have been trying to make Nigeria work for over 55 years, and it's simply not working.

We simply have to try something new rather than hoping the same approach will someday work. I envision a near future where those, having similar ideologies and having agreed to live together, do so in their own nation without let or hindrance.

The sooner we start facing about this reality the better for all of. Else one day, pent up anger and frustration will come to the fore in like a volcanic eruption, and it might be too late to salvage anything of note.

Please do your research and findings well. I cannot categorically tell you one now(in nscdc voice), but from what I've heard, its true that certain courses are needed before you can get a job in the likes of shell. Ask for the institution that host such degrees. Go to them and do your findings, don't pay to an individual.

The only reason why he has performed for the past 2 seasons is because chelsea play a much more defensive football or counter attack. So our defenders play deeper role, they don't go forward much often. So, the defenders can recover any lost pace easily. But now, Chelsea play more attacking football, they push the ball forward, which makes the defenders play high, recovering such pace isn't easy, that's why counter attacks and fast pace players has gotten the best of Chelsea defenders.

Then for ivanovic. He should be dropped totally. I don't know why he is not playing rahman. If he isn't good enough or ready for premiership. Why buy him? You have Over 30players on loan and almost 20 youth players. You mean none can fit into the team?

After skool I learnt how to print on shirts without a dime. I started earning small cash here and there. During which I also get to involve in my friends them business, I was always seeking to improve. That's when I started writing business plans, proposals and because of the shirt printing, I learnt corel draw without paying for a class. YouTube is your friend and graphic artist u see around. Now am looking to settle my own business fully. In writing, printing and designing.
All I learnt on the street without a dime. But overtime got good at it.
