If you present a certificate abroad (whether you got it from your home country or abroad), you will be expected to know your onus on the field as per your certificate.

Your profession is a REGULATED field in Germany, it’s not like software development or any other tech related field that is NOT REGULATED. Both regulated and non regulated fields needs to have their certificate recognized if the applicant got his or her degree outside Germany. For non regulated fields, you go for a statement of comparability done by ZAB but for regulated fields, it’s a bit more cumbersome. Also you would need at least B1 in German language to be able to work so you have to start learning the language asap.
Also, I would advise you do some personal research as all these information are just there to be accessed by a simple google search.
