I've had the land lying bare for some time, and think careless spending should rather be channelled into something more productive this year.

It's possible, but not advisable. There won't be space in the compound for circulation and parking.

Starting off new years strong with a plan to build. Congrats.

I will suggest contacting some Nairalander architects that were nice enough to provide free sketch for your building projects. That will be the easiest way for you to get more positive response and to plan probably for your projects.

Otherwise you will get quotes from 10m to 50m ( did you notice the difference?).

So contact this Nairalanders, hopefully i can still remember their monikers.

Quick question please, I do have a 100ft by 100ft for investment property. How many 2bedrooms selfie-flats would fit in a 50/100? My intention is to have a single story building of 2bedrms on one side, and a two storybuilding on the other.

For the single storey, you can have 4 flats of 2 bedroom. For the 2 storey, you can have 6 units of 2 bedroom. Attached below is a sample of the 4 flats of 2 bedroom.
