Ahahahaha i used to pity some juniors.  They had it bad mehn.  To produce water when there was no water.  To buy stuff and bring back change.  To stand in line for water all night.  To iron uniform when we no get electricity outlets.  To do the agricultural projects of seniors. Mehn it wasn't easy.  I didn't have a bad time.  I did what i wanted to do and go away with it.  Had a lot of freedom hehehehe.  The most they could do was give me toilets as my daily chore.  I touch am? Say wetin?.  As a senior. . .i ignored people.  Didn't have time for them.  Got made a prefect and made them reverse the decision.  Didn't want stress and was happy to continue doing ish as i pleased.

Not that i don't like some. . .like sense and sensibility.  I fell in love with Emma Thompson there.

Whilst i'm loving the vampire craze. . .i would prefer them to space it out.  Sometimes some of these shows fall short of the original material or when compared to another.
Preger Entertainment has acquired the film rights to Richelle Mead's New York Times  best-selling book series "Vampire Academy" (Penguin/Razorbill Books). In its first week of publication, "Spirit Bound," the fifth book in this series, achieved a New York Times and USA Today #1 best-selling series ranking, while simultaneously debuting as the #1 best-seller in Australia and New Zealand.

The "Vampire Academy" book series is a coming-of-age, action driven, "paranormal romance" fantasy. It is set in the present day against a hidden universe of vampires, half-humans, alchemy, and magic. The series centers on a strong, yet flawed, 17-year-old female who confronts her world with grit, determination, and lots of moxie. Rose Hathaway is a dhampir, half human/half vampire and guardian of the Moroi, a race of peaceful and magical mortal vampires who can walk in the daylight, survive by feeding off willing blood donors, grow old and die. Hidden deep in the forests of Montana is St. Vladimir's Academy, where Moroi and dhampirs learn to take their place in Moroi society. Rose must master her inherited abilities as a dhampir and earn the approval of the Royal Council, as guardian to Princess Lissa, her best friend and sole heir of one of the twelve Royal families of Moroi. Rose and Lissa share a mysterious psychic bond and sense of destiny, but first they must survive an intense social scene, politics and the physical challenges of Moroi life at the Academy. Outside the sanctuary of St. Vladimir's waits their greatest threat of all, the Strigoi, a race of bloodthirsty immortal vampires and predators of the Moroi.

Noomi Rapace (Swedish The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and sequels) and Ben Kingsley are reportedly in talks to star in horror thriller The Last Voyage of Demeter at Phoenix Pictures.

To be directed by Stefan Ruzowitzky from a script by Bragi Schut Jr., the film is based on a chapter in Bram Stoker's "Dracula" describing the arrival of the vampire count in England on a cargo ship that has crashed into the rocks at Whitby with no crew and the dead captain lashed to the steering wheel.

Stoker tells the story via the captain's log of the voyage, which begins in Bulgaria and becomes increasingly disjointed as members of the crew disappear.
Rapace would play a stowaway on the boat. No word on who Kingsley would play.
After thunderbirds, i've been leery of Kingsley's movies.  Bloodrayne anyone?
Now if they can just get Oldman to reprise his role, i wouldn't be so skeptical grin

Its very important for parents to be loving but firm with their kids especially during their formative years. Because its those years that determines how the child turns out later in adulthood.
