Gidilagoon:
Pls house, I don’t know if am being stupid or not man enough but I just have to share this with you guys just for an advice.. it might be long as I really want to express myself pls.

I have been dating this girl going to 2years now and we are planning to settle down probably next year. I have known this girl for a very long time because we have dated before when I just got admitted to university but we ended after short period.

So After few years that we’av graduated, we met again and fortunately we were both still single ,so we decided to start dating again and this time we are more serious and planning for future, I realized she must have dated many guys when I left her because it was a long time ago, so I decided to change her phone number just to avoid any connection with any guy from her past since am planning my future with her now, but after awhile I noticed some of these guys still chat her on FB and Instagram and she replies, and one even sent her money and I was totally mad at her but later we resolved it.

So back to the main issue that just came up recently . I don’t know what took me to her Facebook profile and I decided to go through her messages, I noticed one of the guy she claimed to be her uncle was a man friend she has known from the past, this guy Is married with 2kids living in US. I noticed my girl sent her nude to him and they were having sex chat, so I acted like I didn’t see anything and I invited her to my house the next day and tell her what I saw, then she started crying, immediately I gave her 3 hot slap and asked her to leave my apartment but she wouldn’t leave but kept crying on the floor and said she’s ready to swear with death if such ever happened again, that she was just stupid.

Well I dragged her out of my house, and since then all her family from different places have been calling me pleading on her behalf except her Mom and Dad which she can’t tell about it. I noticed she has changed her phone number and delete her Facebook account after what happened, but I told her it’s already late when her aunty called me...

Honestly I still love her, because she’s the only girl I ever fell for but won’t I look stupid if I accept all the pleading and continue with her? And can such girl make a good wife? She’s too vulnerable, too emotional and she has dated a lot of guys in the past, so it scares the hell out of me to settle down with her, so that man no go die untimely death..

Her aunty said she wants to come and meet me this weekend but I told her I will get back to her. Do you think I should let her come?

Pls mature men in the house don’t abuse me, just advice your guy abeg.
... Cast your stone first if you never eye any girl since or even follow any girl talk.. C'mon she has demonstrated how sorry she was by even going as far as deleting her Facebook account. You never ask God for forgiveness ni? Why are we humans find it very hard to forgive! You will ever be guilty as long as you keep saying "our Lords prayer" that is if you are a Christian. How can you not forgive those that trespass against you and you want God to be forgiving your atrocities. Mr man, don't listen to all these people here telling you to discard your fiancee, please forgive her as long as she's willing to work on her weakness. Support her to overcome that. Just make sure she's genuinely sorry for her actions and ready to correct all her mistakes

I have not seen anything from your write up that your uncle has done. You’re just paranoid or just have this imaginary evil mindset about your uncle. Leave your environment and go hustle somewhere else. Stop putting your failures or warped mindset caused by your religion to wrongly accuse someone. Just because someone is a herbalist or native doctor does not mean that person is all out to harm people. I strongly believe you need psychiatric and mental revaluation

Visit your uncle, buy goodies for him and his family. Clothes, 1 big chicken, tubers of yam and bag of rice. If you are in the north buy salad things, onions and Irish potatoes. Let them cook and you all will eat and make merry. This life is too short for bullsh!ts.You will see changes.

Greetings Nairalanders, sometimes I feel like giving up infact suicidal thoughts never cease to enter my head these days just because of evil uncle manipulations. I have prayed, done all sorts of prayer house (works) but in the end I didn't see anything positive.
We have all been battling this Goliath in my family since 2003, his primary work is seeing no one progress by using his fettish and diabolical means. He is a native doctor by profession and most prayer house prophets and prophetess has described him as a strong occultic and witchcraft person too.
I'm really tired about everything, I'm really tired about what he is putting us through which even make me asking if there's any God up heaven! Why is He allowing my self, my mum and my siblings pass through this suffering? What is really really happening? How can I really defeat and destroy this man? How can I put a stop to everything he is doing to us? It is believed that he always monitors every damn movements one makes. He is simply a THORN in my flesh!!!!
Please if you have experienced this or had idea of what I'm really talking about, share your experience with me or you can dm me to offer solution to this mess. I'm really up to whatever!!!

Nigerian Lady Schooling In The U.K Shares Her Exam Question Today

A Nigerian lady @folaogunsemo who is schooling in Manchester, United Kingdom has taken to her Instagram page to share her exam question.

Read what she shared below;
"This is my exam paper for a module named “Law in a business context” with the red circle which I did today 23rd of May. Stepping out of the exam hall my friends were like “Fola how did you feel about question 22” and for the first time in my life, I felt ashamed of being a Nigerian. I believe fraud is being committed everywhere but for it to be recognised and used as an exam question in UK, then it is VERY BAD for Nigeria. My lecture slide showed a typical example of a “yahoo boy’s” storyline in the green circle, I went further to search for “Advence-fee scam” with the belief that it was exaggerated in my lecture slide and I found the information in the blue circle. I am short of words at the moment realising the fact that there’s been so much issues lately about “yahoo boys” on social media, this is not a good reputation for Nigerians at all....... This matter tire me ooo my people"

Every visa application is taken on a case by case basis. This means that three people can apply to attend a conference and only one will be given. The OP committed a crime but even in law courts people are sentenced for crimes they commit. Penalties for crimes like sham marriages have a specific time frame, based on the discretion of the ECO. After which the applicant can apply and has a chance of getting his or her visa if he can prove that his circumstances have changed and he has no intention of engaging in such crimes again

A consideration to lift a deportation order after 10 years is taken on a case by case basis. There is no rule in law that says his deportation WILL be lifted after 10 years, even the Secretary of State in charge of the Home Office doesn't know that. The OP committed an immigration crime and he was sympathetically deported for it, rather than spend time in a UK prison at the expense of UK taxpayers.

Sham marriages make it difficult for genuine applicants to bring in their spouses from overseas.
.. So what is your point now?

Don't loose hope. Perhaps, there are other countries you can travel to base on your travel history, Panama is there, South Korea, China, Cayman island, Trinidad and Tobago, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina Turkey and the host of them.
You can do well and better in those listed countries if you can find your way there. A moment you have resident permit of any of those place then, after 10years you can apply UK again and you will be given as your travel history and status has improve.

I hope this information will help and give you hope for better tomorrow. Take heart and God bless you.
.. Thanks very much indeed,

@travelland

Thanks very much indeed travelland, I'm really pained it didn't work out fine for me, obviously it was a wrong thing to do but most people did that for survival. I went as a student and it wasn't easy at all with me so I had to save a lot for that so that I can be allowed to even work and put in their system while I take the little that will be left but it's really unfortunate for me. I believe I will be fine before that 10 years, I will really be doing good in all ramifications but I just wanted to find out if after that 10years whether I will be allowed to even visit friends that I had left. This thing happened 4 years ago thou

In today's current "hostile environment" towards even those who came legally such as the Windrush generation, I'd say the poster's chances of ever being given a UK tourist, fiance, spouse or even a student visa again are close to nil. Perhaps if you ever get hold of a diplomatic passport, you might get in. Otherwise, try elsewhere.
.. I really really regret going into it
TravelRe: After Uk Deportation... by Ikebesupa(op): 7:04pm On May 21, 2018

Not true. This is simple common sense and its only logical. For example one of your friends was caught stealing from yours before and you decide to remain friends, every time he comes to your house going forward will you not be more careful and not leave things he can steal around? Will you treat him ,in terms of being cautious, the same way you would treat another friend who's never stole from you? In the same way in theory someone who has been deported has every right to apply after 10years the reality is that the checks will be more stringent than normal and even the slightest doubt will result in a refusal. And like someone said if documents and circumstances are in order than an appeal will be granted and will be successful. It will be harder than usual but not impossible. Don't say this person has same chances are someone who's never done anything as it simply isn't true. OP I'm not calling you a thief o just using as an example.
.. Hahaha, I was just coerced into it oo thinking it will be successful. I have been extending my visas before it happened. Had I known really comes at last
TravelRe: After Uk Deportation... by Ikebesupa(op): 12:57pm On May 21, 2018
Londonboyrep:
Not correct. In the UK your data is kept forever. The reason for the 10years rule is they believe that's sufficient time for someone's circumstances to have improved. Think of it-what stops anyone from applying with a completely new ID after 10years if all their history is wiped off? Yes it goes into a dormant archive and will no longer be viewable by default but if the said applicant were to apply in future then it would present a match (even if they were to change their name the fingerprints will give them away). Just so people don't assume different identities. And so also so they can pay special attention to people that have adverse immigration history during new applications. Bottom line is for anyone who has been deported previously, the application has to be stronger for them to be successful even after the 10 years period. Its a simple case of first impressions...
.. OK., my circumstances has actually improved impressively, I'm just asking if I will be allowed to visit in the future if needs be
TravelRe: After Uk Deportation... by Ikebesupa(op): 12:31pm On May 21, 2018

I'd say 10years provided you weren't deported for anything other than an immigration offence e.g. overstaying. If it was deportation as a result of a crime then forget about it. Passport stamped or not they have your fingerprints. And even if it was immigration offence then the default decision on any future visa application(even after 10years) would to refuse - it is now up to the applicant to prove that their situation has now changed for example they are now well off with a good job or business in Nigeria and no longer have a real incentive to overstay. Sorry can't advise you on other countries but I'm sure all western European countries share data and operate in pretty much the same way. Hope this helps.
.. I thought after 10 years, the data go automatically wipe off from the system. Na so China dey do
