All these agitations and criminality were all over the place in Brazil until Brazil decided to do what I am telling you now, investing in these people. It means these things I'm going to do is going to reduce this criminality because they will be part of the farmers earning income. Today bandits are taking 8 local Governments in Niger state, I'm telling you if you put money in the farther land of Niger state, you'll reduce them by 50%. Because they've found something they're doing that'll give them money. What else do they want?

Go and ask anybody what my business is, that is what I even studied. If you go and read what I studied at Harvard, it's market-to-market management. I'm marketing, I'm a distributor. Go and ask Coca-Cola, they're in Nigeria, ask other people as at the time I was in business, I was one of their biggest distributors. It's like seeing Walmart, Walmart today sells goods from Vietnam, India, etc but they don't manufacture them. My job is not to manufacture, although I invested in manufacturing companies too, my job is distribution so I distribute. When I was doing business, less than a quarter, 25% of what I sell are imported goods, the rest are manufactured goods. It's a mixture so that when you go into the supermarket, you'll see local products and others. And, I was productive.

Shut up and stop lying . The full video is online . He was asked 2 questions about security and importation. You cropped out security question . Put the full question and all his answers . He answered about importation saying " he import only 25% of his goods and the rest is local made .

He also gave example no one sells %100 local made.

Jumping bail doesn't justify adoption. You just can't bring someone into any country and start trial on that person.

First of all, Nnamdi Kanu was released with certain conditions, including not holding a rally and leaving the country. I mean the time Senator Abaribe stood in as surety for him. So, to have left the country, it means he jumped bail. Yes, I know that those soldiers who attacked his home were the cause.

For me, the most logical thing to do now is to release him, plant spies around his home so he doesn't run away. Allow him to stay for two weeks or so, and pick him up again with fresh charges. The FG counsel should remind the prosecuting judge the conditions for which he was originally discharged and that they now have fresh charges against him.

Well, I understand that the idea is to keep him in the DSS custody until Buhari leaves the office because Buhari is not ready or willing to release him. He has made that abundantly clear. So, for me, that's the best way to approach the matter.

Your logic is baseless in law . You think appeal court didn't know he jumped bail and still discharged the case?

Jumping bail or jumping fence makes no difference on how he crossed the border. No court will hear that case again untill he leaves the country and re-enter by him self .

The federal government can never win any case against Nnamdi Kanu because you cannot kidnap someone in another country and take him to court. That's outright abuse of due process. You cannot do today what Buhari did when he was a soldier - Nigeria is a democracy for God's sake!

They can continue to press charges against Kanu, but they must release him first and it should be established that he was released from DSS custody. Afterwards, you can press fresh charges. That's the only way a judge can hear the case and continue litigation. I thought Malami was a reasonable man.

They can't release him and rearrest him again on any charges cos he still illegally in Nigeria . You can only arrest him again if he leaves the country and return on his own only then can any court in Nigeria have jurisdiction to hear any case concerning him.
