4. You're not permitted to eat the Restaurant's food( be it wastes or any sort as youd be dismissed instantly)
5. You must develop high blood pressure as you need to explain daily and monthly the decline in sales.
6.14working days leave.
7. High service within the Managers (Area/Regional)

I don't think they dismiss any body without reasons. they don't outrightly dismiss people there's a process.

Why they recruit every now and then,
alot of people keep leaving there as they are notoriously known for poor staff warefare.

Forget those smiles you see on the faces of their workers, they are not happy working there.

You could also get dismissed anyday for reasons beyond your control.

I just Saw what you wrote about tax remittance! Are you not a little busybody! Who do you think you’re talking to? Do you work for the tax office? Have you paid your taxes? Please put a copy of your tax card here so we can check! Stop trying so hard to seek relevance by trying to pull others down. Even the employees of these organizations won’t thank you. When you interfere so much and get them fired, you’ll tuck your tail in between your legs and move to look for other lives to destroy while they suffer. Go and register a legitimate business and do something useful with your life.

The conversation is too interesting to take a pause and do her job, but still expects a tip. If you’re a guy, she focuses on you with her widest beam, hoping you’ll give her your card. The guys that work in these places are sometimes gigolos. They don’t do anything to improve themselves, but complain about their employers, the customers that are not giving them large enough tips, the men that are stingy.... I agree it is not all of them that are so unfocused. Once in a while, I come across a decent hardworking person and I usually compliment them on this especially in front of their employers. So, stop trying to badmouth this establishment. You sound like a disgruntled former employee of theirs.

28k in our present day can barely feed a 5year old girl for a month.

I don't think anyone is forced to continue working with the company. If the pay is below a person's standard, he/she is free to quit.
It becomes slavery when the freewill to quit or stay is taken.
Note: Before agreeing to the employment, workers are detailed on payment and their job description.
So, why complain about something you agreed to do?
Why complain about a job you are free to quit whenever you wish?

You don't just take a job offer with the intention that you will manipulate and blackmail the company into paying more than the agreed amount.

Once again, if the pay doesn't fit your big status, quit.
You are not forced to stay.

Employees are the greatest assets of any Organisation.

You treat them badly, they treat your business bad.

My point is, fix your internal problems.

Do not take advantage of people and say they have the freewill to quit.

You can go ahead and post wrong pictures of poor foods, falsified to be food given to staffs.
It is obvious you are just after ruining the reputation of a good establishment, and you will fail.
Mind you, the outsourcing of food doesnt even happen in all branches.
Only branches with very low return.

Your staff aren't allowed to eat the restaurant's meal.

They have been working for over 3years.

Same position 28k salary.

Only a delusional person would pay 28k and expect people to be dedicated in discharging their duties.

You're right on every thing you said apart from the salary. 27k is paid to floor staff, like the Cooks, the cashiers, the Host, the fryers etc. All depending on the store you're working in, a store that makes up to 1.5 million daily, their floor staff are paid 32k which is higher than a store that makes less than that.

There are shift managers, assistant managers and main restaurant manager.

Shift managers are paid 60k for stores that make 800k and above daily, while those make below are paid 55k.

Assistant managers are paid 90k for those that make 1 million and above daily, while those that make below are paid 85k.

Then RMs I think they're paid 120 or something of sort. Then there are Area managers who are paid higher than RMs.

That is just how it works, if one can endure and work diligently, you get promoted, and get higher salaries.

Alot of the staffs(in white and red) we've interviewed mentioned this name.

I have interviewed with many of its workers in different states and outlets.

It's no news that this organisation exploits our flooded market with Graduates and dysfunctional labour policies.

No Job security as staffs are fired anyhow and thus, explains why they recruit everyday.

Do not fall for their antics. They use and dump.

No Adequate staff warefare - People are being paid 27-28k Every month to work 6days in a week, in a non conducive environment, No public Holidays? why are we just being wicked as a nation?

Food Concepts Plc rakes in billions for investors every year yet their staffs are least paid.

It may interest you that Behind those fake " Nice - Nice gestures " are very unhappy workers willing to leave. If you doubt, walk into any of their outlets and ask anyone willing to talk if they're happy working there.
