with all the question raised in the article right for a man that meant to be serving his people this is the time to show it; thats if he is really there for the betterment and welfare of Nigerians

and all we get from Jonthan Governmernt is Aganaga saying he's got better thing to worry about

chinekeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee  hell nooooooooooooooooo what a country

and for yall record for naija to move forward we all have a collective role to play; it isnt enough posting in nl

now this is where nigerian new papers get on my nerve; they shouldn't be letting these b astards off the hook just like that; no need to galvanise in abuja sq just like the Egptians; these little things can move mountain

like solodu said with high rocketing oil price our reserve still goes rapidly drains up by the day  shocked shocked shocked

and this is the man we want; well yes i want him but he need to work in the right way on the right track

If he claim to represent well for Nigerians then he should lead the way as he isnt doing it; if he claim to bring change he should lead the way; he should afford a time to defend issuses cuz if oyibo call us monkie we go vex

imagine this happens here in Uk; u can imagine all the government force defending issues all over the network

beaf your jon is begining to annoy me ooooooo

and i must say like the way u avoid indicting thread like this one

cuz u got absolutely nothing to say and u know it !!!!! period ANGRY

Engineer Please how do i get the TCS light of from my EOD and there is this noise coming from the turning of the steering when I start the car and turn the steerring around but after about 20-30mins of driving the car I will not hear the noise again till the next day when I will start the car again Please what is the cause of this noise.
like ahah ikeyman alwys say im not an expert but i will always talk on things i know for real; the noise u are getting is definately from the steering component via pipe lines ,rack etc; there is a leakage somewhere; u just have to either check the floor where the car is park to see what drop off overnite ha or check the fluid level or look around the body to see if there are traces of fluid or let the mechanic look for it

so this is what u get; when u start the engine; na your car naw; u must notice the steering is stiff and hard to turn; thereafter with an open pipeline the air slips in to form some bubble; so when the engine start so do the the pump which drive circulates the fluid around and the noise u get to hear come from the reaction of those moving bubbles; so within few mins as the motor spin the air gap now completely driven out then noise ceases; then your steering comes back to normal

however with the leak still there then the fluid will eventually drawn out  huh

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

I left office almost two years ago, and for Mr. Aganga, it was not until he suspected that I may be ‘advising’ Atiku on the economy that he quickly conjured that I should be in jail for what he believes I said or did not do about the banking system.

So much for democracy and freedom of opinion and speech! I have mulled over the decision to respond or not. Some friends suggested I should ignore Aganga in consideration that I might be misconstrued as “attacking Government”. This has nothing to do with Government. Indeed, I am pained to be forced to join issues with the Minister.

Initially, I agreed that it was better to dismiss it, just as I had dismissed other commentaries and misrepresentations of my tenure in the past. As everyone holding public office knows, once you leave, there is often a tendency for your record to be rubbished and, if care is not taken, for you to be treated as a common criminal. After reading two nasty books on the globally revered former Chairman of the U.S. Federal Reserve System, Alan Greenspan, I was sobered to temper my expectations of the judgment of history.

No matter what you do, and especially for those who have tried to undertake revolutions in history, there must be enough people who judge you harshly. But what really matters is that one does his utmost best for his people, and leaves the rest to God and the history books. Obviously, I am not God, and cannot claim to have been perfect in public service. Therefore, I welcome criticisms and comments on my stewardship. But when Mr. Aganga, out of desperation to save his job, throws decency to the ground, and decides that the only way to burnish his uneventful tenure is to use his high office to throw mud at Soludo, then a sense of duty beckons on us to respond.
political shot or not; let them bring it on on tv

i agree with beaf. i worked in a top global consultancy firm, similar to goldman sachs where agagu worked. it's almost unheard of in that type of environment to hear people talk in loud voices let alone behave in anything but a supremely gentlemanly & professional way. because this guy does not have the bravado of the typical nigerian, most people think he's clueless, which is laughable. he will certainly struggle in the maddening nigerian political space, cos of his background. all in all, i am glad sanusi came in when he did. his decisive actions saved this economy from a calamity- i genuinely believe that. sorry, i cant edit on my phone.

i think what solodu done is commendable; we need more of its kind; we have at some point saw bush;obama etc in utube dealing with things; we can only afford fashole peeping in nl like we dnt know while the likes of Jonathan can only afford to take cover in the facebook!! yes what a leader!!

so i think credit should be given!!!!!

the man even called for a televised debate while some nl who obviously lack the comprehension of simple economics are here throwing empty pounces in the air

some even claimed that he can point out some grammatical errors on the write up; hahhahha u cnt be this desperate my friend; get real. an average naija mechanice can simply locate a crank shaft without spelling; that paper certificate na oyibo wayo bi that

until we as a people decease from dwelling in levity things might never change

we hear on the billions spent every now and then but cannot point a finger on a single thing money is spent on; oh yes like some say the administration only just took off few months ago; na billions money we dey talk ooo;

any body that have driven around naija will get a grip of what im saying; these people are evil and inhumane; what advice do they need to know what to do

people should get real !!!

and what is full payment if u dnt mind

eg babyboy valued at #1,000,0000 right

and u cleared at #230,000 right

i would assume there will be other expenses that incurred within the range 230,000

so how much is meant to be written on the duty certificate??

no harm intended!!

"Most of the data, information, or statistics or quotes that have been used, if you look at them, there is a lot of misrepresentation. I don’t want to say deliberate, because that will be a little bit rude. But there was distortion of facts.
"Soludo did his best when he embarked on consolidation of the banking sector and he was adjudged the best central bank governor in the world. "Before Soludo came on board, Nigeria was printing money abroad and he (Soludo) sanitised and repositioned the economy by printing money here in Nigeria, which his successor has been benefiting from. T
here are monumental problems in Nigeria, such as power failure and lack of good roads, among many others, which those in position of leadership should address rather than heaping blame on people who have done their best while in office.

improve the environment and the system

watch bad attitude and corruption gradually fizzle out then people will eventually start to be part of what they ve got

eg u see Nigerian driving in a dual-carriage like its single lane duly to the fact the roads are bad; the trailers have parked at the side of the roads thereby narrowing the passage  eg lagos benin enugu expressway; train the police and their welfare taken care of;
