ogawisdom:There is no war. If the government declares war, the Naira will regain value small, then crash harder. That is how Buhari declared war on AbokiFX when black market was 480 or thereabout and when they succeeded, it went to 700-800 in a few weeks time. If the government stops Binance, an independent site that serves as a P2P middle man will emerge IMMEDIATELY and they'll be selling at 2000/$ and people will go there as long as it's trustworthy. |
TripleLTD:Reduce your voice when talking based on what you read online, not what you're currently facing. I'm currently on Binance with Airtel line trading and no VPN. Una Sabi carry fake news the moment you hear one or five people are facing similar challenges. Is everyone facing the same challenge? What Binance is doing is banning or restricting accounts that are manipulating the Naira and making it to fall fast. They are cracking down on these sets of P2P traders. If you're not part of that syndicate, you're safe. You're probably not legit or you're just talking based on what an uninformed news outlet told you. These news outlets are after traffic, not after accurate info. People using VPN is because of network congestion, not because of ban. I'm not using a VPN and Binance or crypto is not banned in Nigeria — it's only a little restricted from doing some things like interact with the bank directly or manipulate the Naira. |
onatisi:Use the instruction above. Also, use Airtel mostly. MTN loves this anomaly issue, but try it first with any network you have data on. It solves easily when on Airtel. |
Infallible:When your Binance stops working or shows network anomaly and you know it's not because of poor network, but the app, do this. 1. Press and hold the Binance app icon. 2. Click on App Info 3. Click on Force Stop 4. Then click on Open If it refuses to work, repeat the process and it will work as long as you have data. See photo instructions below. Yours may look different, but the process is the same.

Chrisrare:Are you referring to the man she had the kids with or the new (innocent) men that are running away? Talk so that I'll give you your award before the price goes up.

FourQu: Jeyun:Calm down. You people are worrying way more than us. I'm currently trading as I type. Everything is fine and will always be fine. Ignore the noise and the news. Have you ever seen a bad boy who doesn't have options or a young, big ass beautiful and smart woman who doesn't have options? Nah! I'll quote this post some years later to remind you that the government can't do much. Nothing will happen. If something happens, you'll realize we have something called centralised exchanges and decentralised exchanges. Learn about the two and you'll understand. There are three things that can't be banned globally, but can only be regulated. 1. AI (example Midjourney, ChatGPT (text, video, image creation, etc.) 2. Cryptocurrency (can only be regulated, not banned. Even if you ban it, too many loopholes and options to still trade it and transact) 3. Fill in the blank So, take a deep breath and pray for good governance because whether the country good or not, my 3-square meal is assured by God's grace. No dey too worry for us, because God never lets his children cry, except it's tears of joy or tears that'll being more joy soon. If you try to make us cry, He opens better options and we'll be like, "Wow! Thank God the other way we thought was the only way blocked so we could see a better way." Don't rejoice in the midst of blessed people because of their current pains. E no dey last. They'll end up smiling few hours later. I wish you the best in your endeavor. Have a nice day, Sir. |

motionarena:I saw your comment since yesterday and didn't want to reply you, but changed my mind today just to educate you on what's on ground. For you to notice I'm everywhere, you must be everywhere too monitoring or stalking me. I never noticed you existed. Use your time wisely. I have never worked in my life, but I get paid in Dollars every single month. I use 24/7 light, have 24/7 cheap Internet, and 24/7 food. As I said, use your time wisely and be productive and stop stalking who already has his life together and too much free time to have fun online and offline. Be wise! No follow student way smart pass you they play on exam day. They've already studied and read everything when you were sleeping. The exam day is just a day of fun for them. So, no follow them dey play o. FOCUS or hunger will deal with you. |
Incognito9:It looks like the government is already playing the game I talked about above. Go to Binance P2P now and check those restricted sellers. They set low prices and this pushes others to reduce. Funnily, if it's not the government that is doing it, but a group of rich manipulators, they'll buy up all those cheap sellers and turn off their restricted cheap trades and the Naira will crash again, to ₦1900/$ or lower, then, they come back to sell with no restriction at a higher rate. Take a look at the image below and you'll see how these restricted sellers crashed the market.

Tsfari:Just calm down. What goes up in Nigeria goes up. If it goes down, give it 1 week, 2 weeks or some months and it will get worse when going back up. As long as Nigeria is ruled by dishonest, greedy and corrupt people or the president is surrounded by corrupt people, don't trust their measures. It's always temporary. If you panic and sell your Dollar, you'll rebuy when it's 2k/$. GUARANTEED! |
Bullish99:That is kind of true, but I would either prefer 500/$ or 1000/$ so that I won't be doing too much mental calculation. When I give you $1.00, I know I gave you ₦1000. This way, I'll feel like our money has same power as the Dollar. Mentally, I still consider $1.00 as ₦1k. So, if I dash you $100, in my mind, I gave you ₦100k. Also, even if we go back to the price you mentioned, market women and people with old stock will never reduce price. Who loses? Dollar holders. |
HOW CAN BINANCE HELP PROTECT THE NAIRA FROM FALLING DRASTICALLY IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE GOVERNMENT? Here is the solution. The govement should secretly get involved in crypto, especially P2P on Binance. There should be at least, 50 accounts owned by the government and no outsider should have a clue. Some should be verified merchants, some unverified. The first 10 accounts should set trades that don't go past 1800-1850 per Dollar. Here is the trick, they should have restrictions of 1-5 Bitcoins. This means, for you to buy from them, you must have at least 1 BTC, which is around $50k plus or minus. This means, lots of Nigerian P2P buyers won't be qualified. This is just a trick to help keep that price range at the top of P2P home page. These 50 government secret accounts should occupy the first page of P2P. They should vary their prices and restrictions so that a common man can afford to buy from some of them. Also, these people should be buying from one another so that the money will keep revolving around them just to make sure they stay at the top of the page. This first P2P page has so much influence on other exchanges. They use this as their yardstick. Even if sellers in other exchanges increase, they don't deviate much from the top 10 prices on Binance. So, the government should own this top 10-50 P2P accounts so that they will dictate when to increase it a little or reduce, else, the other hungry billionaire manipulators will take over and the Naira will fall faster. In summary, the government can control P2P with brain and not just by telling Binance to put a limit cap. With a cap, a lot of people will run to exchanges without a limit and the battle of the fall may continue. So, with $100 million, the government can achieve this. Control the Naira black market (not general crypto market) without people noticing you're the one doing it. To those who love to argue, take a deep breath—don't turn this to a fight, but give your suggestions or constructive criticism. This is just one of the measures. |

Beverlyjean: You did well. What other three would you have added to the list if you were given 1000 more points? |
Beverlyjean:Loyalty? A rich man deserves at least 2 wives. After loyalty from a SIMP and at age 75, he realises two of his kids aren't his. With all his loyalties, he'll just commit suicide. ![]() Men are created to protect a woman, not to be loyal to a woman. |
Beauty = N200 Faithful/Respectful= N300 Good In Bed= N200 Good Cook = N200 The remaining 100 for Intelligence 50%, 25 breast, 25% ass. |
I'm on the side of the Naira being stable even though I'm benefiting from the instability. Every measure should be taken even if it will hurt everyone at first. Sometimes, you don't know everything and do solutions come from trial and error. Even the airplane didn't just fly instantly. There were some death and some failures. Some measure that failed today may actually work tomorrow and vice versa. I don't want Naira to ever be above 2k per Dollar. I was so happy when it was at 1000/$ so that I'll start seeing ₦1k as $1 and cancel all the 3 zeros, but now, I'm not.

Naijanascam:Since the hardship started, I became BATified. |
SuperOnyi:Fear catch you? Your DM go soon full. Give to others what you gave to me. |
Women that couldn't carry 10kg weight at the gym will immediately carry two bags on their head as if it's nothing. Hunger or survival brings out the best strength in us. ![]() |
Looks like Binance has paused P2P trading to help in stopping the black market from pushing for 2000/$. Or it may be maintenance though. |
Nigerians will just read the part I said, "Things are cheap now." And start shaking their heads as they look for a way to catch me and give me a beating of my life. Una never see anything. |
Adeoye11:Lol I'm typing it, but my fingers keep deleting it. |
Mehn, no energy to type the full story. The highlight is, this fine girl was just stealing glances, but scared to approach. I thought women aren't scared for rejection. Also, this gay guy I bought foodstuff from his sister's shop tracked me to where I went to buy Milo, Peak, and detergent because I asked him for location. He thought I was new in town. Tall, fine guy for that matter. From the moment I saw him carrying his sister's baby and his subtle feminine hand swing, I knew I was surrounded by angel Gaybriel. Tracking me to another shop? Damn! You got balls. So gays are becoming this confident? This my pink lips go put me for trouble one day. He was a little nervous though, but tried his best to control his fidgeting. As a guy man, I give am bag to carry for me. ![]() He said he's into fashion and if I have anything to sew and blah blah blah. He started using pickup lines on me by seeking for an advice so that I'll be the one talk. Where I wanted to buy catfish, we stopped and the woman said 2k. Before I knew it, he has already bargained 1.5k for me. See me see trouble. This one has become my wife already. He said when he gets a bigger phone, he'll chat me up and would love to come see me. When he wanted to dial it, I took the phone and said, "No, this line is for browsing alone. My main line is at home and I'll call you with it when I get back." His name is Praise. If you're gay, I can give you using number. Tall, fair, feminine, and handsome. I wanted to take a picture with him, but changed my mind. Women have lost this fine guy. Market women are just making calls 24/7 to confirm current price of everything so they can increase theirs. No one is ever reducing. The call is always to increase. Noodles I almost bought for 12.2k. Just a 20 seconds call, it turned to 12.5k. See as body dey sweet them as dem dey count money dey sweat anyhow for market. ![]() |
I don't like sugar or sweet food, but hunger has made me to take chocolate, Fanta, and peak yogurt. No energy to cook this soap I have already bought everything for. So, lemme just make due with soft drink and bread even though I hate bread.

Honestly, things are way cheaper now. Looks like I'm going to start supporting APC, especially Tinubu. If it was during Buhari's era, all these things I bought would've been $60-100, but under Tinubu, it's just $28.5 Indomie Superpack is just 12.5k. Custard of beans is just a little above 4k. Rice a little above 6k. Crate of egg, a little above 4k. Tomato, a little above 6k, etc. Frankly, things are cheaper now. If I give this $28.5 to my guy in Europe, he won't be able to buy all these things. Last time he told me he bought a tuber of small yam for €17 or thereabout. So, you people should respect Tinubu. ![]()

Prayfortheworld:I hardly use my Kucoin, but use it when the coin in not in other exchanges. |
SUPERPACK:Definitely! On my way. |
SuperOnyi:Thanks for the Dollars you sent me. I have bought all I needed. I appreciate. |
EreluRoz:You wish. |
Kalatium:Exactly, my brother! With monthly income while you sleep for the rest of your life. This is the kind of life every wise man deserves, not slaving day and night for the rest of his life just to eat, else, he becomes depressed. Some people work smart to earn their joblessness title while some work hard and wake at 5 AM everyday just to serve someone before they could afford what to eat. A lot of Nigerians would love my kind of joblessness. But why do you people love job so much. What do you gain from it? Maybe, the word jobless is an insult that refers to broke and no one wants to be seen as poor, hence they love jobs, instead of creating it themselves or doing things that'll generate them money while they sleep. Honestly, why una love job like that? And love having the title: Working class |
As God may have it, someone dashed me money and I went to the market. Something funny happened. Everything is cheap at the market. This is not an irony. I'll explain. Typing... |
