@ICQUIN I think that was what made my problem worse.I'm a very private person. When my problem started. I didn't have anyone to talk to. I went through a lot all alone. When my depression started, I was lonely, no friends to talk to.

If I decide to go for a walk or drive, I see people, friends chatting happily, It will look as if I'm d only one sad without friends.
Now I realize dat I need friends but I don't even know how to make one.

Good morning!
We can be friends if you want. PM sent.

Yes, it's totally my fault. I decided to stay because I was just stupidly in love.

I won't make this same mistakes again, I just thought there was a way I could make it work but I guess there is no way . I have decided to keep my head high and ride through the storm.

My baby and I is my priority.

Thank you for your harsh but loving words. GOD bless you all...

I love this part. We all make mistakes, so yours isn't any different. God will be your strength, and may the task ahead be lightened by his Grace. Amen.

Bravo!
That's the way it's..
GROOOVE:

And somewhere else, a 25year old boy still finding his way is wondering why the girlfriend is becoming distant these days.
Why is he getting those one worded replies which is unlike her.
Why do there chats seem more like interview.

And fast fast, you have proposed and simultaneously she is asking the 25year old boy that question of
"Where is this relationship going to".
Romance / Re: When Being Loving Becomes Inevitable by iLifeplus: 6:25pm On Oct 14, 2016

GROOOVE:

Then one day she calls you and askes you "where is this relationship heading to?.

I use to think that this community created by Seun is a place where people meet, discuss, proffer solutions and help each other...but no, people over here just pretend to be helpers.
Whenever someone request for one form of help, they troop in to scrutinize the post, looking for loopholes. If one is found they will happily hijack the thread...
But
If it was a genuine request & after their inutile probe has been concluded without finding a loophole to hold onto, they scurry away.

So sad that I was about to deactivate my account here... but on a 2nd thought, I decided to leave it.

If despite all odds I was able to succeed in this, Nairaland will surely be the place I will offer my first tithe.
Shalom!

You're very correct. I experienced what you wrote up there. It wasn't easy as almost everyone Jumped into conclusion. But I had to take it as part of my formation as a person. The experience has made me not to believe a thing is wrong because everyone is saying it's. There are to many insane people here, Just a handful are sane.

WINNERMENTALITY:
Mine started when am Young.. Very young....Was having a happy life before my father kept sending me to different families to stay.. I had so many abuse when I was young, was even locked in a police cell for 4 days when I was 13yrs old for what I know nothing about.. because many of them don't understand me at all. I attempted sucide in 2006 when I was 16yrs but it didn't work out.

Today am living in fantasy world. Can board a bus from mile 2 to Oshodi, I won't even know when I reach Oshodi, it takes the conductor to tell me to come down..
Some times I feel like going to the other side of life to see how it is and compare.

Since years now my phone and Laptop is my only friend and close relative... I cant even say no again to people cos I have no will of myself cos I believe am living a rented and fake life.

The only thing that keep me going is that I want to have money and change environment.. Maybe I will see more reason to be happy. But to be trapped here in this country is pushing me to suicide.

I understand how you feel sir. I have had my fair share of life problems too, but suicide is not an option no matter what. I will like to speak to you. I have sent you a PM.

tearoses:

God is the only one who searches and sees all hearts
He alone knew/knows your motive
I don't see your heart, so I will give you the benefit of the doubt and I will advise you as I would a younger brother
its up to you to take it or not

You should not be begging and loitering around nairaland looking for money here and there.
If what you say about your building experience then you have skills and you should not be hungry
God has blessed you, so go and use that talent

You say its rainy season and people are not building . . .not true
I dont know of anyone who stopped building because of rainy season if the money is available

Hustle
Leave your comfort zone
relocate if you need be
The people you are begging from are all hard-working & leaving their own comfort zones too.

Houses are being built daily in developing areas
Badagry, Ajah side, ikorodu, mowe all these areas are being constantly built
In Ibadan there is an area called olorunda after akobo, I hear that people are building there like no tomorrow
Apart from that, The dollar and pound is strong and a lot of people in the diaspora are starting or completing their projects now, so contrary to what you say, building is going on day by day.

when you reach out your hands, people will put things in
You need to take the step first
You need to be hardworking

You are also educated, so you are better than joe the plumber
Awon alakowe like to use educated people to build their properties cos they think more constructively and are more enlightened.
Put that education to use

Lastly A good name is better than gold and silver
always remember that in everything that you do!
Its a very small world & life is very short
I really appreciate this advise, thank you so much. But to be frank with you, even without been told, I will never try this again never again. I know what I passed through, the emotional breakdown, the pains I had to hold inside of me all alone, and the regrets. It wasn't an easy experience, but I thank God it's over. Madam what I wrote in that thread was the true state of things if not worse. But like you said God has blessed me, and I want to invest it in buying and selling of cloths. I believe one day I will get to met you in person. But for now I will be following. Thanks once again madam, how was your day?

This is priceless.

Good morning how was your night? We're good now, help me thank her. And as regard being a terrible experience buying things from me that's not true. But things that affects my person especially when I'm not wrong, can really drain me emotionally. I'm what you call a very soft dude. I hope someday we could be friend offline. Have a great weekend!

OK. Thanks for taking your time to enlighten me. Kindly call her attention to it and clear the misunderstanding. You know the way things are, one has to be careful. Am sure she isn't taking it personal against you.

I just got to know she has already done what I created this thread for asking her to do. Thanks for you time, and kind words, may God bless you.

Yanni.

But I don't think he's classified under Jazz genre. He's Contemporary Instrumental; New-Age.

Thanks for the clarification. wink

It is saddening seeing responses without God's affection at heart even if it's a joke, sometimes God may put this question in the heart of the OP to see if anyone here cares to look upon Him. Nevertheless, I didn't write this to condemn but pls let's be conscious of our decision. Sex and money are nothing but TRUE JOY is in being in God always. I love you all. God bless

Your words are always on point sir. You're what a christian should be, good morning.

The people you're expecting to offer you a job, do they have jobs themselves?
Everyone has their own problems they're facing, so it would be too assuming to expect financial help just because you asked for it.
If you don't get any help, just move on already...

Thanks for your concern. I have moved on already, but the rate at which almost everyone who commented jumped into conclusion is very painful. That was why I was explaining to him using that word you bolded.
