A December to remember.....

For a film franchise that was so successful and still a tad popular till this day, i am still struggling to see the point of this reboot, if they are just gonna do almost 100%, the exact same thing the film did? Like what actually is the point of this series? or maybe i am having a "reboot fatigue" as not many remake has landed successfully in recent times. The first four films were extremely done, so if they had rebooted the later films, then that would have made a whole lot of sense to me.

Well, there are media that i am genuinely excited about, coming out this year, and this ain't one of them... clapping for you guys, excited about it from the sidelines tho.

That BG score bangs tho, so it seems Hans Zimmer has cooked, if for anything, i am excited for that 👍🏿.

Na Gothic horror you say no be horror.
You peeps should get this, horror genre is wide AF.

It doesn't mean because it's not gory, supernatural scary, the usual jump scares and all doesn't mean it's not scary. There's also psychological horror without these shït but messes with you mentally without needing the usual tropes.

Next we'll hear Wednesday isn't horror, just cause it's not scary?
Some projects are not meant to scare you one bit. Go and watch The Lightroom and come back later. It's horror but it's the psychological one. You might even get bored to sleep if you didn't know what you're expecting.

For some reason, I'm not hyped for this movie.

Maybe because of my knowledge of history and all the images shown so far shows that this film is focused on entertainment than historical accuracy especially in the costuming.

This just gives another "This is Sparta-300" vibes.

Not that the bar is that high because them wan use slops and remake finish 2026 with the trailers that have been out, this week 😭..but we are looking at the "movie of the year, 2026" right here!!!.... Christopher Nolan has insane aura and traction, i was instantly moved when i saw this fgsss 😩😩😩😭😭

It's one of those shows that you want to see the end, you can't wait for the next episode. I love it.

A question though, how did it spread so fast? Did they spray something in the air or what? Cos it happened all at once in every place. What is due to the trails they saw on the night of the event of what?

Jan 2026 looking peak. I've forgotten how winter seems to be the defacto season of peak anime and the biggest heavy hitters. Same way Hollywood makes summer the biggest season and China makes February or Chinese Lunar year their biggest box office season. 🤔🤔


Anyways I need some anime in my life.... Really missed Japanese fare. Since DAN DA DAN finish I no see any concurrent shït watch again. 😩😩
