It's bar soap, and I followed the instructions, I unit each of caustic soda and soda ash to 3 units or water. then 1 unit of caustic soda and soda ash solution to 3 units of pko

please I made my soap using your measurement but as I turned it to get a smooth texture, it became thick instead of liquid like pap. please what should I do?

pko., caustic soda, soda ash, sodium silicate, sodium sulphate, SLS and fragrance.
I tried using the above materials, but the soap is so soft and besides with the quantity I bought, and with what I made, I don't think I got the cost of production should I decide to sell. please help me with the right formulation. anticipating your urgent reply. thanks
