Bittersweetnig: how many Fulani herdsmen have DSS arrested? Even with direct attack on communities? Useless people in charge of good country Miyettiallah leader has been in DSS detention for a while now, but that's besides the point. If you are traceable, don't video yourself committing crime and expect security not to take action. Attempt to figure the difference. |

kings59: I could deduce from what you said that Northerners should kill and not get arrested while other regions should be arrested, right?
What makes you think that of Deborah can't spark up a reprisal attack? Are you being one sided and bias in reasoning? No i am being pragmatic. The northerners don't behave like the southerners. Southerners are generally peaceful, compared to more reckless northerners. Better to avoid trouble than claim right and equality. |
Politics › Re: Bandit Leader Bello Turji Celebrates Eid, Kills 12 In Sokoto For ‘fun’ by Image123(m): 6:50am On Apr 03, 2025 |
DeOTR: The outrage should not be coming from people who have been killing southerners for ages. Northerners don't care if bandits wipe out a whole state, as long as it's Fulani bandits. Exactly, but the fact shows otherwise. Northerners know who to retaliate against if outsiders kill them. They don't know who to reply when they kill themselves. It's crazy but that's the reality. |

JoeEeL: But the kiillings in southern kaduna, benue, ondo, eha amufu, edo, are not enough to cause reprisal attacks?
I feel like saying God punish u, but I wont. You don't get the point, northerners are a different breed of humans from southerners. History and trend, civilization and education doesn't show a likelihood of southerners killing innocent people in retaliation or rioting over 'blasphemy'. |
Politics › Re: Bandit Leader Bello Turji Celebrates Eid, Kills 12 In Sokoto For ‘fun’ by Image123(m): 6:43am On Apr 03, 2025 |
DeOTR: They won't condemn the killing. It's not the first time. They only condemn it if the armed forces bomb bandits hideout or it's some northerners are lynched in the south. If bandits wiped out a whole village in zamfara today (it has happened severally), there won't be any outrage from anyone in the North. Their reprisal should be mostly against the bandits. That's why people are saying their lives are worthless over there, unless the killing happened in the south They will once they confirm it. You can Google "condemn killing" maybe add sokoto or something Nigeria to streamline results. Condemn is normal thing. The point i make is that southerners killing them is a different scenario. They will unfortunately make reprisal attacks on innocent southerners up north. |

jaxxy: u oppress a lady she responds u start to cry foul? U want to beat a baby and expect it not to cry? No one is crying foul but asking reasonable questions, especially knowing her past tendencies and the influence such accusations if found false, may have on women in future. We don't want people to disregard real issues in future because some politicians were playing. If Natasha has good point and case, go to the appropriate court and present evidence, not running around the media accusing people. |

OgbeniOja1: doesn't this depict what also happened to Deborah?? Not exactly, though i support that there should have been justice for her. One thing is that Deborah's case is provocative to the average muslim. i am a Christian and a strong defender of Christ even on this forum. But we all know that Christians and muslims don't take things the same way. It's foolhardy to not see this and behave wisely. The world is an unfair and unbalanced place, it is what it is. Given that knowledge, we know that northerners or muslims unfortunately killing people will not likely lead to revenge attacks or riots. It's not the same if the table is turned. The illiteracy and religion of the north is heavily weaponized by influential people so everyone needs to be circumspect in dealing with them. Emotions don't change the fact that we have this big problem as a nation due to years of systemic and deliberate decay. |

DeOTR: But he's right. The whole place is on fire because of Uromi incident. Why is no one making a sound now that a northerner is killing fellow hausas for fun? Doesn't that point to the fact that their lives is worth less than nothing, unless it's been taken in the south? It's a known fact that Core northerners are very useless people. They'll probably make their usual comments condemning it and commanding troops to fish out those involved, it's usual. But don't confuse it with ethnic issues that can escalate into unfortunate reprisal attacks from anywhere. They are two different scenarios. |

OgbeniOja1: nobody gave anything to Deborah's family neither did they give any thing to the Enigu women they raped and killed in their farms. The Benue people attacked were abandoned. Lets keep playing politics with every thing. Unserious Nation. When you KNOW the kind of country and people that you live with, why not be WISE(use that knowledge) in your dealings? Are you just knowing this evening? Why attack 16 northerners unprovoked, without ANY evidence of crime? And you did not hand them over to authorities, you killed them. And not only that, you recorded it like it's some fun activity. What were you expecting? Kundus or kudos? |

Roon9: See how quickly DSS was involved. Nawa! Some are more Nigerian than others indeed You don't need a PhD to know that the action of those guys can cause reprisal attacks on innocent people in the North and things can spiral out of control more easily from there. Appreciate the proactive action taken. There's a reason why people study the past and trends and use it to project likelihood, tendency and behaviour. |

FYI bloody ignoramus, a corper doctor has no business attending to patients without the supervision of a medica officer at least
An intern doing online clinical analysis of a supposed patient is like a fresh engineering graduate giving a lecture on the structural integrity of the third mainland bridge.
Will you take such analysis serious? I hope you won't for your own good i recommend you to a mental home as well. It is evident you need urgent healing. |

Isn't it sad that old people like Fayemi and Afe Babalola who understand how free basic education for all children by professional teachers who are well paid compared to politicians is key to a viable economy that is sustainable as we had in the late 1950s and early 1980s in the defunct Western region and its derived LOBOO states?
