Ofunaofu: Former Minister of Sports and Youth Development, Solomon Dalung, has lashed out at the All Progressives Congress-led Federal Government over the country’s security situation.
He argued that the Federal Government do not seem to have a solution to the insurgency situation plaguing the nation.
Naija News reports that Dalung shared his reservations during an appearance on Arise Television’s ‘Morning Show’ on Friday.
He questioned the government’s failure to track bandits in the forest, but to successfully arrest anyone who criticises them.
Dalung said, “They have all the gadgets to track anybody who criticizes the government. They can pick him up in the next five minutes, but they don’t have equipment to track terrorists who display huge funds in the forest.
“So I don’t know what unity the federal government is asking Nigerians against terrorism. Nigerians are determined to deal with terrorism, but government seems not to have the political will to deal with.
“The All Progressive Congress, APC, in all ramifications, seems not to have solution to the security challenges confronting this country, and it pained me so much.
“The Federal Government has completely and woefully failed, and they don’t seem to have any iota of solution to the ravaging insecurity that is across the country.
“In Plateau State now, it is not safe for you to travel on the highways, not because of the fear of terrorism, but you will run into a community that has been displaced by terrorists, and in anger they will take over the highways and begin to attack vehicles that look like those of leaders.”
https://www./2026/06/05/gadgets-critics-terrorists-dalung-fg/?utm_source=operamini&utm_medium=feednews&utm_campaign=operamini_feednews dumb logic as usual. We all know how inefficient this fellow is. Tracing ip address is different from tracking kidnappers. An irresponsible person in a house in Abuja with a phone is a sitting duck, compared to an irresponsible person with guns, a group of other irresponsible people, human shields and constant movement across states in the wild. commonsense #Lesson- Don’t be an irresponsible low hanging fruit, you'd be picked. |

FarahAideed: In 2023 I had this same argument here when I said a vote for PO is a vote for BAT, it's the same thing again only this time Tinubu will get more votes because more Yorubas will vote for him this time , Northerners will not Vote Obi because they would rather vote Tinubu so after 4 years power can move to the north than vote Obi which means risking 8 more years of southern presidents, Obi wouldn't get as much votes in The SS like he did last time , he will also get less votes in the Middle belt and southwest Well said. |

tinubu thought he was setting a trap on opposition, little did he know he was helping opposition. Setting a trap how? The electoral reform was for the country. Reforms are improving what we had before. You complain everything is bad, someone comes to try and reform things with electoral reform, electricity reform, tax reform, police reform, fx reform, education reform etc. And all you can think is how they're setting trap? Our education systems really collapsed. There's a huge lack of critical thinking. |

Social media influencers and sore losers keep cheering them on. All na Tinubu fault. Orire local government where kids were kidnapped takes over one billion annually from the FG since Tinubu became president. That's different from whatever they generate from themselves and state. You saw the photos and videos of the place. No network, no proper schools, health care, water, street light, buses, local security services or good roads. Everything don go missing. One billion naira annually from FG. Keep playing APC PDP so that Tinubu will suffer. |

MaxInDHouse: The right question you should ask is:
Can any other religion claiming Christians gather as a global family like Jehovah's Witnesses are doing today?
Well that is impossible!
Why?
The short answer is Jesus only deals with one group whose leaders aren't materialistic {Matthew 6:19-21} others wants to become wealthy in the world and at the same time wants to go to heaven but Jesus' true disciples forgo all their riches to become common men in their society {Luke 18:18-23} on the other hand most people wants to see rich men on their pulpits unlike among true believers in Christ who don't rate anyone by material possessions!
Ọmọ it's impossible for religions apart from Jehovah's Witnesses to achieve it! Matthew 7:16-18 Smile. When i told you your answer, you were denying vehemently like Peter denying Jesus. Do you want to know? Do you want to know? Funny people.

You are defending a government that has blood of innocent Nigerians on their hands . A government that can track my comment and arrest me but will ignore celebrity bandits on Tik Tok showing of their loot. Shame on you once again .
