RomanceRe: Reasons Why Guys Nigerian Dump Ladies After Getting Under Their Skirts by immanuello(m): 9:26pm On Feb 14, 2015
humilitypays:
@tosyne2much, all what u said are nothing but the truth! Well done guy. A standing ovation for u. But unfortunately, ladies won't listen because they don't love to be told the truth most timessmiley

Another reason guys dump a lady after going down with her is because most ladies have no other good value to offer to a guy aside their body...hence, when a guy goes down there & realises this lady has nothing else good to offer to him aside sex, he will definitely run at any given opportunity.

Solution
Ladies try and make yourself valuavle so that u can have other positive values to offer a guy u are dating; believe me, no guy will dare leave u even after having sex with u severallysmiley

You maybe wondering what other good/positive values u can offer to a guy u are dating?

1. Try and be active in his financial growth- giving him vital job/career tip offs, secret biz tips, things he can do to increase his income, etc. Don't give him money or don't spend on him, never u try!

2. Help him cut down on his expenditure and waste. Help him save more than his spends.

3. Most men are domestically not organised; help him organise him house if u can.

4. If u know anyone that can help him get a better job, get into a better business deal, win a contract, get promoted at work, graduate with good grades, pls do.

Don't sponsor him to travel abroad if u live in Nigeria. You can only sponsor him to come meet u abroad if u live abroad too.

Avoid spending on any guy...its wrong! Help him become financially responsible not spending on him cos it will boomerang on u.

These are some of the positive values u can add to his life aside sex. If u do this for any sane guy, whether u guys have sex a million times or not, he won't ever leave u, never, except he's insane which he will sure come back to his senses some day!!

But unfortunately, majority of single ladies today believe that their only job or role in a relationship is to provide the guy with sex while the guy takes care of all their financial and material needs; now tell me why won't guys dump them after having sex with themhuh

No man dumps a valuable lady with plenty values to offer aside sex!
OMG, your piece has won you an accolade from me!

Exactly! If we'd just conducted the election on the 14th and gotten it over with, the news of rising oil prices and successful elections would have generated a king bull on Monday the 17th. See wetin politicians dey cause?
let the unfortunate ones conclude their unfortunate meaningless election, i hate politics terribly and i didn't like this current scenario when they use election to affect all things.

"yawn!"
As oil dey soar, another currency devaluation and political possible apprehension keep dragging nse to pit of hell.I think my own view of things happening reeled sth out dat d market will totally discount all fears pertaining to election, possible state of anarchy as a result of fall-out btw pdp and apc, currency devaluation. Then, we can say it would be safe to buy at that level but how many of us can know that time. well i just pray election should go on smoothly, so that fpi can come back in droves to move our investment up massively and we would start seeing 200%,400% rise. Hmmm, oga ju!

How do you mean by 'they can't survive'? Have you heard of Hedging, Options and other derivatives b4? Most of those big banks (UBA, FBNH, ZENITH) hedged 80% of their Oil and Gas exposure and the effect of drop of global Oil Prive have lil or no effect on their assets. I don't have any exposure in bank shares for now but i think the reason why most of shares are trading below book value is MAJORLY hinged on POLITICAL/Country Risk (Uncertainty on next election) as a whole
what i meant by "they cant survive " is the possiblity of not being able to make huge profit and a high probability of loan write-off which will affect good dividend distribution that we would have been waiting for.i. hope i made myself cleared to you.I am only talking about investor profit perspective.

Gents I see a number of people are raving about Bank stocks. Also realize that a number of them are heavily exposed in Oil and Gas. With the tanking price they may start getting defaults. Any views on how a change of government will affect particular sectors?
you are very right, have been careful not to be trapped cos the exposure of banks to oil and gas and more stiff environment is a serious concern on banking stocks. But man must be make profit and being smart enough not be trapped.I have been careful of banks that are too much exposed. d likes of skyebank, uba, fbnh can not survive.

Ehhh that must be your first deduction nah since you registed this same year. My case is quite different o my brother,i joined them last year and was deducted @2500 then, now another deduction has been done too this same year without the first one up to six months talkless of a year. what sort of deduction term is that.
InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by immanuello(m): 5:02pm On Jan 30, 2015
@pdozie
you may need to wait till transcorp fall to say atleast #2.45 but you may be averaging down from here.
For banks, just buy when they make new time low
@gtb,zenith,fcmb,skye,sterling,at new low.
watch to pick aiico at 70kobo if possible, custodian @3.35,Nem@51kobo .
i am sceptical about ubcap cos of uninteresting results but comfortable with afriprudential because its result will be ok but it is too pricey to me.

I believe by d time banks results come into public glare, new lower prices will be set. Here is the list of banks that my intuition says will hit bottom, they are: skyebank, fbnh uba, fidelity, access(might be marginal).
But i tipped gtb, sterlingbank,Eti and stanbic to be atleast OK.

franciskaine:
"Contrary to what Soludo said, oil
production under President Obasanjo was
higher than current levels.
Quantities produced averaged 2.4 million
barrels per day, bpd; 2.22 million bpd,
and 2.21 million bpd in 2005, 2006, and
2007 respectively, but has declined now
to between 1.95 and 2.21 million bpd due
to vandalism of the pipelines and the
resulting “shut-ins” to fix the problem.
It is true that had production been at
the previous levels and had there been
willingness to save, we would have had
more money in the ECA and also in the
reserves."

lies from the pit of hell. Within the past few years Nigeria's oil production per barrel surpassed 2million barrels and also the price has remained at an all time high of over $100 per barrel within the past few years as against Obasanjo's average of $35 pb. The question remains what happened to the excess accrued to the Federal government within these yrs, yet its continued borrowing despite the oil boom?
One key word, MISAPPROPIATED cos they couldn't see the future.

but the same GEJ govt under the supervision of N.O.I admitted that a huge sum of $10B is yet to be accounted for in the NNPC account as against the $20B alleged by SLS. she went further to say the KPMG will audit the account and by their calculation, the report was supposed to be out by NOV 2014 but they have sat on it.
