He didn't jump bail. He only sought safety when they tried to use python dance to murder him.

He didn't start any fight. He only rose up for self defense after enduring blows for years. They started killing Biafrans since 2014. The killers were even slaughtering farmers before then. Kanu endured all these till the year 2020.

It was in 2020 that Kanu launched ESN for self defense. Mass killing of Biafran unarmed-and-peaceful protesters, python dance and unlawful arrest and detention of Biafrans all happened repeatedly before IPOB formed ESN. Government and politicians did nothing as herdsmen slaughtered people and displaced communities. But evil people condemn IPOB as if there was no harm on Biafrans before the formation of ESN.

Everyone agrees that EndSARS protest was hijacked and sabotaged by politicians. But haters of Kanu will never admit that ESN operation is hijacked and sabotaged by politicians. Every violent occurrence in the East is blamed on ESN in an attempt to tarnish the image of IPOB.
