Shey na seaport and airport be the main sources? |
Nairaland has enough space for the full text. Post it all here. |
Benwallt:How does this conversation relate to South East? |
An admittance that Ibadan is a brown-roof state? |
Rest in peace. |
Catching them young, moving from theories to practicals. |
rock003:On her husband's face. |
Na wetin God do for her. Na her own testimony. People should learn to first share their testimonies at home for family members to approve of the testimonies for the Church. Don't disgrace me without my consent.😀 |
Tụfịakwa! To be rehabilitated in prison. |
TenQ:If you are not just a noisemaker, point out any falsehood or injustice in my comment. I'm waiting. |
TenQ:It is so funny that you are very confident in your erroneous reasoning. I never said that it is wrong to appreciate 13th month salary. The post is not asking about whether the employee's action is right or wrong. The post is asking whether the boss overreacted by sacking the employee. You left what the post is about and have been focusing on what the post is not about. Appreciating an employer for paying 13th month salary and giving Christmas hampers is not bad. But sacking an employee because the employee fails to appreciate those things is very wrong. You are making a very big mistake by thinking that 13th month salary and the Christmas hampers are a favour to workers. Those things are appreciation to workers for being good employees and promoting the organisation. If you sack an employee because the employee did not appreciate such things, it simply means that you are treating those things as a favour to the workers. A gift is different from an entitlement. 13th month salary and Christmas hampers are more of appreciation to employees. If, on receiving the appreciate, an employee decides to thank the employer, there is nothing wrong with it. But if the employee does not appreciate those things, it is not enough reason for the employer to sack the employee. |
TenQ:How am I wrong? Explain exactly how I am wrong. |
If you are absolutely honest in the post, you did not wrong the friend. As you are complaining, I hope you are not among those who promote the philosophy that whoever makes money should not be a friend to the poor? If you are among those people, you are now at the receiving end of what you preach. But if you are not among them, your situation now should be enough reason for you to reject that philosophy. |
TenQ:Professional ethics are the same for every boss, whether the boss owns the company or the boss is just a senior colleague. Your logic advocates for double standards. |
TenQ:Double standards! |
TenQ:I never said that thanking the boss is wrong. Your response is a deviation from the main issue. The point is, was the boss right in sacking the employee? Between the boss and the employee, who displayed a worse home training? |
tivity101:Self description. |
The same people that appointed and sacked an SSA on Morals? |
Celestialsword:Yours is not better. |
The employee was sacked because the bonus was not for staff welfare. The boss gave the bonus to feed his ego. In fact, it was not bonus. It was that kind of giving that some reach people give the poor in their villages and expect worship in return. TenQ:It is so funny that you are very confident in your erroneous reasoning. First of all, having an SSA on Morals is corruption. If such an appointment is not a scam, can you swear that you didn't/don't do dirty things behind the so-called SSA? It is as ridiculous as the governor having an SSA on personal hygiene. Go to school to learn morals on how to be a governor. Having an SSA for that is an excuse to wmbezzle or misappropriate public funds. |
Noted. Please, what necessitated this post? OduduwaNow:Since the post is for knowledge sake, why are you focused on just 2 or 3 out of 36 states and Abuja? |
Jaycenvirtualse:Is this why the poster lost his job? |
Why exactly were you sacked? |
Why the laughter? Don't the English people make worse mistakes when they try to speak African native languages? A man with poorer grammar is now the governor of a state near Delta State. |
1. Uncontrollable anger is very dangerous. He didn't intend to kill the boy. But he aggressively beat him to death. His intention was not to kill him. As a matter of fact, he severely handed him over to neighborhood security, and even his wife joined in beating the boy. But whether intentional or unintentional, murder is murder. 2. He has seven children but only the dead one, at the age of 14 for that matter, was notorious. What could be the reason? Could it be that that particular one is possessed? Could it be that that one is not his blood? 3. How was the killing and the burial of the boy discovered by the police? |
Home theater then. Some even served as fans. I get am before no be property 😂 Memory of the past. |
Don't betray the trust. It is rare but not strange. It happens to me. Some people even consult me marriage issues, even as I am still single. Among those who confide in and consult me, most of them are older than I, just very few are my age and below. |
It is noted that a delay of her luggage in the past was the reason for her action. But rationality is necessary in all circumstances. Whatever inconvenience that would have resulted from the luggage arrangement for this new trip is insignificant compared to what her anger has caused. It is said that he who angers you conquers you. It would have been better for her to release the flight and sue the airline for damages afterwards. Now, the airline that offended her first is the victim and she is the guilty one. Just look at some of the serious damages caused by her indifference. 1. Some people missed international flights. 2. Some people missed important appointments within the country. 3. The airline had to provide food, transportation and accommodation for the stranded passengers. |
Gmajor:The reservation by the bank cannot exonerate the guy (receiver) by the time he is accused of attempted fraud, unless his request to the bank is written and documented. By the way, going to the police will not cost him money in this case except you are refering to the cost of his transportation. |
