I don't know exactly your health condition. There are difference levels of spinal cases. Some people that have spinal injury are totally paralyzed (feet and hands). Some can move their hands but cannot walk. Some can walk and move their hands but cannot do certain things like lifting up heavy objects. Since I don't know exactly what your case is, I will not comment on whether the money raised from the sale of less than two plots of land can treat you, unless the land is worth over 30 million Naira. As a matter of fact, some spinal injuries are incurable no matter the amount of money you are willing to pay for the treatment. I speak from experience.

Its people like you that wrongly say married Christian couple can't do mouth action on each other, etc . Believe it or not. I have been around for too long to believe that people always do what they say. Even you typing this will cheat if your husband/wife leaves you for 3-5yrs. Some do it after 6 months of absence, some 1 year and others 5 years depending on the temptation thrown around you. The bible asked us to get married to avoid temptation yet you will marry and abandon your spouse in another country and go to hustle. what do you think will happen? some go as far as putting the spouse in their parents' house. While this might be good for creating things to do and people to spend time with, it reduces the urge but eventually, the urge will envelop you.

As a Christian, I am compelled to respond to you.
It is too hasty to say using intimacy gadgets is outrightly a sin.
Also if you study the meaning of adultery right, you will find using intimacy gadgets does immediately qualify. Adultery simply means breaking wedlock, often by a woman. She's still in wedlock and until she leaves the husband, whether physically by divorce, sleeping with another man, having another man constantly on her mind or just simply walking out of the marriage.
The gospel of Christ shouldn't be used to condemn people and definitely shouldn't be about what sin is and is not.
Lastly, in my opinion, if the husband is aware and gives approval, it's okay for her not to burn in passion.
If you are still not ok, respond to this so we open the Bible.

A Christian leader informs us: ‘There was not a bigger social happening in Jewish life than a wedding. It usually began with a ceremony at sundown in the synagogue. So, running out of food or wine was considered a tremendous insult.’

It’s notable that Jesus’ first miracle was not healing cancer or raising the dead but resolving a domestic crisis and rescuing newlyweds from embarrassment. It’s a mistake to think that God only cares about major stuff like divorce, bankruptcy, or death. He also cares about minor stuff like broken dishes, toothaches, grumpy bosses, lost dogs, flat tyres, and late flights. The Bible says, ‘Give all your worries and cares to God, for He cares about you’ (1 Peter 5:7 NLT). What matters to you matters to Jesus. Notice that when these newlyweds sent out wedding invitations, they sent one to Jesus. And He showed up and met their need. Notice also how it happened. Mary, the mother of Jesus, said to them, ‘… Whatever He says to you, do it.’ (John 2:5). What Jesus told them to do didn’t seem rational, but when they obeyed, they received a miracle. And if you pray, trust God, and obey Him, He will work a miracle for you too.
