I spotted this big stone on the roof edge of a three-storey building. There are clotheslines along the edge position on the ground. Heavy wind can cause the stone to fall off the roof. An Hausa guy that taught Economics in my school during his NYSC in 2007 told us that the cost of printing (minting) one 50 Naira note and importing it to Nigeria was 1,250 Naira. The guy told us that Naira notes were not minted in Africa. Why can't Naira be minted in Nigeria?
