Hello house iam currently an employee with a firm that is just less than 3 years old no incentives just salary.
i am married with two kids.i have always wanted to add business to what ever job i am doing i have tried one but failed twice, but like the popular saying quiters to win and winners to quit.i dont want to give up on the pursuit of business.

NOW i have two business ideas running through my mind;
1.can/pet drinks business such as bottled water,pet soft drinks such as cocacola products,lacasera,c-way drinks,c-way water etc.

2.dry cleaning business.

I am considering option 2,base on the enviromet i stay.no such buisness within and i can use one of my three rooms as laundry office,there are about five banks close to me and my compound is so spacious to do washing and dry clean.

But my problem is that i dont have idea of how this laundry buisness works.

I NEED A CANDID ADVICE ON HOW TO START/SET UP.
i am also thinking of a part time employment on this preferably weekends to help gain experience.

Just last year the ever busy Nigeria port road was completed (oshodi-apapa express road) this was done after several year s of wailing and crying by commuters who use this route on daily basis.
So many people lost their lives on this road due to falling containers or and trucks which always result to a fatal accident in most cases. Thanks to former president Good Luck Jonathan who awarded the contract to Julius beger.
My write up today will focus on cele-illasa portion of this road. This road has become a dead trap to commuters. I wonder what this present government is doing about it, on daily basis at least two containers, two trucks and three cars are always trap in this part of the road where you have very dip pot holes.
Late last year it happens in my very eyes where a container fell on a 14 passenger Toyota hiace bus compressing both the bus and the passengers to an unrecognizable state. A day after the incidence, FERMA woke up and they filled the road with some hardcore stones and rubbles. This usually doesn’t last up to a month.
As at January and February this year commuters has to spend between two to three hours from Celle to illasa,I always alight at Celle and do my trekking down to illasa before boarding another bus to oshodi since I can’t withstand the hold up.
As at end of February the road was filled with hardcore again and passengers and commuters felt some relief. but as at April till this moment the road has return to a more sorry state, pot holes has filled different portion of the road. As at 8pm yesterday when I was returning from work about two containers were already trap in potholes one more step by any of the two drivers will have their container fall off. As at 745am this morning when I was going to work at least three more containers and a petrol tanker were already trapped in potholes resulting in a severe traffic jam from iyana-itire to Celle.

This road needs to be treated as a matter of urgency now that the budget has been passed.
If FASHOLA can’t repair this road then who will?

i Just got an apartment last week.

The journey actually began the weekend before the Easter break.
But then there was a printer who did my wedding Iv some years back and he is also an agent. i have told him early this year that i will be in
need of a two bed with price range 200-250k.I also told him my area of choice,he made it clear to me that the least i could get in that area is 300k.

when i was actually ready i contacted another agent,i paid 1k for form and that same day he called an agent who said he has what i needed and
when we got there the agent called another agent and that one asked us to come for inspection,when i got to the house i felt in love with it and promised to pay the third day which was on a Monday since that day was on a Saturday.
on Sunday morning i took my wife to the said apartment and she loved it.

The house was a storey building with four flats,each flat with a pre-paid meter and another meter for water pumping machine,a very serene environment. But unfortunately i loss the apartment to another client who paid that same Sunday.this i discovered when i told my agent that i was on my way to make payment for the said apartment and he replied that it has been taken by another person.but he assured me that i should come there was another one.
serioulsy that day we waka no be small.i didd find any thing close to what i wanted.

Oga Siena good day to you sir,I must confess you are doing a very wonderful job.
I have issue with my golf 3 .it does not start when the engine is cold,I had to press down the accelerator while trying to start it and this takes several minutes it will almost run down the battery before it will eventually starts.apart from this it drives well on the road.
I have taken it to several mechanics and they keep all telling me to change the carburetor.
Please could this be the problem cos am about to replace the carburetor tomorrow .I need your advice.its an electric carburetor.kindly add me to the group sir.07062277650.
