I need a design plan of a bungalow of 3 bedroom and 1 bedroom flat setback .

The 3 bedroom will have 3 toilets and 2 baths
• An entry porche

• A large living room with dinning (standard)

• A standard masters bedroom

• While the other two room shares the same toilet and bath

• A visitors toilet

• A lounge

• Kitchen and store

• An exit door with sit out at the kitchen area.

The one bedroom (mini flat) will also have a master’s bedroom but should not be too large

And a visitors toilet.
Dining kitchen and store should also be included but not so big.then an exit through the kitchen.

Note the land measures 120 by 60 ft.
I want this building to be setback so that I still have a large space at the front for future development.

Parents ought to take proper care of their children. I always advise every busy mum to at least bath their children especially the female child themselves before leaving for work ,in this way you will know if anything is wrong in her pubic area.
I have this story to share which my sister in-law told me sometime last year.

She had an uncle who is an ex –soldier whom her mum respected a lot and even call her daddy after the dead of her father.
She said the first time her uncle engage her in the act was when her mum told her to go to this uncle and collect some money, the uncle took her to his bed room spread a white bedspread on the bed pull off her pants and force himself on her,the white bedspread was stained with blood and she was crying unfortunately his wife was returning from market and the man sneak out the little girl through the window.
From then on each time her mum send her to this uncle she try to protest and she will be force to go and each time she go there the man must do the same thing, she always return home crying but her mum always think it is becos she didn’t want to go that is why she is always crying.
She developed pain on her laps close to her pubic area that took almost a month to heal, but because her mum was blind she could not actually spot out what was wrong.
This act continues for quite some time.

She said this thought came to her some years ago while in Abuja when she understood what it means to be a virgin mind you she is now 23, that was when the thought of who actually deflowered her came to her mind.
She said to herself I have only dated two guys in my life and I can’t boldly say I was deflowered by any of this guyz that was when she began to have a rethink of what her uncle did to her and she said she cried for three days and the fourth day she had to travel from Abuja to edo state to relate the story to her mum her mum could not but cried uncontrollably. It was painful.
Her mum asked her daughter to forgive her, from that day till now the mum don’t greet the uncle again, she said each time he hears his voice this story always come to her mind.

I advise parents to take care of their female children even when there is house help find time to discuss with your children.

Just as the subject refers I graduated with 3rd class in CIVIL ENGINEERING,served in 2010 got a good job even before going for my NYSC.

I used to work in an aviation depot but now in a terminal depot as a depot engineer (maintenance enigineer) with over four years experince in
depot operation.

I have been thinnking of going back to scool for my PDG since i cant do my masters dierctly, on part time basis.
but my problem is am confused as per which course to study:

should i continue with a civil engineering course or swap to a maintenance related engineering course like mechanical or electrical engineering.

please i need your sincere advice on which one will work for me in my current carrier.

i also want to know which of the unis have PDG in this two courses.

Love this topic,i having been thinking same too,cos no one no the mixing ratio of this so called vibrated blocks.
i prefered to mould blocks than to buy,but time and supervision is a hidrance here.

I have an idea i tend to use when am set for my projectprobaly next year,a block industry is directly opposite ma plot so i will arrange with
the guy,that is i will but cement,buy water and sand then i will ask them to moould for me,i will only pay cost of moulding which is about 700#/bag.
abi wetin una think,by so doing i will get the desired strenght and good mix i want.

am interested have car been painted before,whats ur last price

This affect me too,at times when i finish spendoing i feel like cry.because i have to
wait till another month end.
But i think am working on this though.
