the best sleeping time is between 10pm-4am. that will help you achieve maximum productivity. always try to free up your mind. the most important strategy you should use if you want to sleep early is to carry your religious book, lay on bed 15minutes to the time you want to sleep and start reading it, i swear devil will get you sleep from nowhere. if you wake up midnight pick up the book again and you will see wonders. remember either your quran or bible. i wish you all the best bro.
