Peter obi is good but he can't get his party ticket. I'm ok with Tinubu or Osinbajo. Tinubu is not a saint though but I see him as a manager of men and resources.

The Eboyin State High Court judgement came b4 that of the FCT High Court, both are High Court's, the order of the Eboyin state High court has not been vacated by an order of a court of higher jurisdiction b4 the FCT High court order came in, do you now want them to obey the order of the FCT High Court and disobey that of the Eboyin state High Court or what? Only the order of an higher court ie an Appellate court can resolve this quagmire caused by these Judges, cause the governor will adhere to the order that will benefit him though he has gotten a stay of execution of the FCT judgement and also gone on appeal.

He was more senior than Etta and the APC article provides the order of seniority from the zone as the yardstick for replacing the chairman The national secretary position is higher than the vice chairmanship. Giadom is the right person to become chairman. Even then, Eta claimed Ajimobi asked him to act on his behalf because he knows ordinarily, he is not the right person after Ajimobi. It was that argument that allowed Buhari to come in. Like I've said many times, the ACN bloc shot itself in the foot then. They should have simply allowed Giadom while they got the court order vacated via reinstating Oshiomole at the ward level or impress on Buhari to get Giadom to organize a fresh convention. Instead, they scattered the house and allowed an ethnocentric Buhari to choose a caretaker chairman from his zone which was clearly against the party's constitution under the guise of "he is coming to organize convention". Now that it is too late, you guys are realizing there was no plan to organize any convention ab initio.

Point of correction. The deputy chairman south was Ajimobi who was in hospital then and couldn't take over. The next in line was Giadom but because he's from Amaechi's faction, the ACN bloc prodded Hilliard Etta to claim Ajimobi asked him to act on his behalf without providing any shred of evidence to back it up. That's what led to the crisis. If the ACN bloc had not tried to be power greedy, they should have just allowed Giadom to remain as acting chair and impress it upon Buhari the need to have a convention to appoint a substantive chairman, or conversely, get Oshiomole to rescind his suspension by his ward.
