You are not current with Oshiomhole issue or you chose to be economical with the truth. Oshiomhole was removed by supreme court and the acting National Chairman then, Victor Giadom called for NEC meeting notifying INEC for 21 days before the executive led by Oshiomhole was dissolved and a care taker committee appointed. It's only Buni that is empowered to call for NEC meeting not even Buhari not to talk of an impostor. In what capacity is he calling for NEC meeting?
You must be suffering from brain damage. Which supreme court? The supreme court never made any pronouncement on the case. It was withdrawn on the pleadings of Buhari. So it wasn't supreme court that removed him. You're the one not current obviously or you deliberately chose to be Ignorant. Was it in your dreams that 21days was given? Just keep quiet please. Go back and verify facts or sharap. There was no 21days notice anywhere.
How did Giadom suddenly get promotion to national chairman? Who appointed him? Hope you know his position in the nwc then? Go and read jooor. Hillary Eta was the right person to take over in the absence of Ajimobi.

In the absence of Ajimobi, the national vice chairman south south who was Hillary Eta was the rightful person to take over but the manipulated him out too. It was all shades of illegalities.

The ability to out smart you opponent, is what makes you a political guru. So you can admit that Ameachi and co out smart Tunubu and Oshiomhole in that capacity. BAT wanted to use the absence of Buhari to launch a come back but it seems to have met a brick walls. The game is still on
If you must outsmart your opponent do it within the ambience of the law.

pain is beclouding your thinking

Tinubu told oshomole to fight obaseki, obaseki got a lower court order to sack oshomole from his ward (he failed to file an appeal in the stipulated time because of his pride and couldn't be apc chairman by such court order)

Hillary ETA and Giadom challenged individually to act in oshomole space, giadom won the decision

Giadom by himself legally dissolved his committee and handed power to a caretaker committee of buni

Where did buhari scatter apc in all of this, it was tinubu that scattered apc because of greed of controlling edo
You see your foolishness? I never knew hatred for another man can lead to brain damage.
By the APC constitution if the chairman being from the south is out, it's the deputy national chairman from south to take over, in his absence it's the national vice chairman south south to take over. So who was Giadom in the NEC to suddenly become the chairman? Buhari himself knows it was all illegalities all the way that's why he was begging that nobody should go to court. So who gave the decision to Giadom to take over? Is oshiomhole still the problem now? Simple convention they can't conduct since 2020.

it was court order that remove Oshomole not ApC so for the sit not to be vacant another leader has to be emerged before buhari called for NEC meeting, unlike this particular one that Dani Bello just carried out a coup against Buni
Point of correction it wasn't Buhari but Giadom that called for NEC. Forget court removed him matter,we know what happened. I only pity for Nigeria the way the judiciary is being manipulated by politicians to settle scores. Let's even assume a court removed him, what happened to the deputy national chairman south or national vice chairman south south? They're the people who are supposed to take over by the APC constitution if the chairman is out. But Amaechi and co sponsored a jaguda backed by security agencies to forcefully take charge a creat a crisis because they want to take over the structure by all means. Everything leading to the dissolution of that EXCO was illegal. That's why Buhari begged that nobody should go to court. But is he still the problem now?

I don't expect a dead brain like yours to think beyond it capacity. I'm not a Buhari fan just as every sane Nigerian won't but his failure doesn't mean I should hate everyone contesting under the APC if I'm convinced that person has the capacity to do better. Make your choice and follow it. It's democracy and stop being useless in public space. Party is not Nigeria's problem. We voted obaseki in Benin under PDP eventhough most of us like oshiomhole. There are terrible governors and excelling governors in both APC and PDP. More than 90% of political actors today have been in the both parties at one time or the other. Who's APC and who's PDP? Buhari's incompetence as president of Nigeria is showing in APC as the supposed leader of the party. His illegal dissolution of the oshiomhole's NWC is still hunting them. They used all manners of illegalities to truncate that EXCO thinking they were smart now they've gotten themselves into a messy situation. Karma is here! Deal with it.

KEVIND:
• Declines invitation to party’s NEC meeting

There seems to be no let up in the crisis rocking the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Yesterday, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) said the party could only remove the National Chairman of Caretaker /Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC), Governor Mai Mala Buni, and other officers after a 21-day notice to the electoral body.

INEC said it cannot attend the emergency National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting of APC next week because the party was yet to comply with relevant laws and regulations.

It faulted the party for notifying it of its NEC meeting without the signatures of Buni and the Secretary of CECPC, Sen. John James Akpanudoedohe.

It asked APC to follow due process if it wanted to effect change of leadership.

INEC made its position known in a March 9, 2021 letter to APC by the Secretary, Mrs. Rose Oriaran-Anthony.

The letter was in response to APC’s March 8, 2021 notice to INEC to hold a NEC meeting to ratify the choice of Governor Abubakar Sani-Bello as its new chairman.

But the electoral agency said the laws do not have provision for emergency change of leadership by any party.

INEC’s letter reads: “RE: INVITATION TO THE EMERGENCY MEETING OF THE NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE (NEC). Please refer to your letter Ref. APC/NHDQ/INEC/019/022/32, dated 8” March 2022.

“The commission draws your attention to the fact that the notice for the meeting was not signed by the National Chairman and National Secretary of the CECPC contrary to the provision of the Article 1.1.3 of the Commission’s Regulations and Guidelines for Poiitical Party Operations (2018).

“ Furthermore, the APC is reminded of the provision in Section 82(1) of the Electoral Act 2022 which requires “at least 21 days’ notice of any convention, congress, conference, or meeting convened for the purpose of “merger” and electing members of its executive committees, other governing bodies or nominating candidates for any elective offices.”

“While hoping these issues are noted for compliance, please accept the assurance of the commission’s warm regards.”

We didn't see these laws when oshiomhole and his EXCO were dissolved. Nobody issued a 21days notice. It was abrupt. Infact the notice for the emergency NEC meeting was not up to 7days. Lawless nation. Abeg Buhari should do and go jooor. He has damaged alot of things.

Anyways what you are saying isn't new....there was a huge rumour that his colleague, Okon Abang was neck deep in corruption and his brother, a registered APC member in Mbo LGA was his guide.

It was also reported that he also sacked a Sitting Governor and was petitioned to the NJC. He was cleared of any wrongdoing.

OR

Inyang Okoro, a Supreme Court Judge who alleged Amaechi came to him to perverse the judgement of Rivers State when it comes to him. The NJC also cleared him.

Let us face it, where is the sector where corruption hasn't permeated? Even many of us here who shout APC & PDP do that because of the crumbs gotten from ill-gotten wealth.

Maybe you might have a point or two but not everyone wants to go that lane. When you don't have any shred of evidence, don't say with certainty like you were there when the money was transferred. That's my point.
Lol....I laff. Don't worry one day a president with brains will mount the saddle of leadership and set up a system that will disgrace all these corrupt elements.
Remember governor ibori was cleared of any wrong doings in this country.

I have corrected you before that no Party takes a case to a Judge.

The case file is assigned by the President of the FHC....Why not ask Justice Tsoho why he likes to assign cases to Ekwo.

The President before Tsoho also hands over case files to Ekwo, why not ask them?

I have told you this is something you are not suppose to say. So, even Supreme Court Judges like Rhodes-Vivour, Ariwoola, Adamu Augie who have concurred with his earlier judgements are part of the billionaire contract?

This comment of yours no balance abeg.
You've not said anything new. Corruption is a network. You would be naive to think only iyang ekwo is in this alone. It's like asking the DPO why a particular officer is always deployed to road block ahead of his contemporaries.
That the judiciary stinks of corruption is not news to anyone in Nigeria.

If Buni comes back and Sani refuses to handover what was given to him to supervise, he will head to court and APC will be back to square one.

Besides, you don't remove a party chairman without the NEC meeting called by the party's secretary which Buni has in his camp.
You didn't know all of this when oshiomhole was removed right? The acting chairman has the powers to convene NEC and that is scheduled for next week Thursday. Everything will be taken care of in the meeting.

The letter didn't counter anything. El-rufai said the same. However, after Governor Bello assumed office at the Acting Chairman, he discovered there was no arrangement for the convention by Buni and his cronies, hence his deference to Mr. President for guidance.

This is a reckless allegation.

Ekwo's cases are cases you have to look at critically. Umahi has apologised about what he said to him and I think we should be circumspect. Calling them names denigrates the institution.

Ekwo was in Abuja when he disqualified Degi in Bayelsa, the rest is history.

Ekwo was in Abuja when he disqualified Frank Ibezim, the same Appeal Court concurred, the Supreme Court upturned.

Ekwo was in Abuja when he disqualified Uche Nwosu, the Appeal Court concurred, the Supreme Court concurred.

Ekwo only recently disqualified Andy Uba, the Appeal Court has concurred, we are waiting for the Supreme Court.

Does he share the billions with Judges in the Appeal and Supreme Courts?

It is a judgement that I do not reckon with but I don't know the argument(s) canvassed by parties and believe the matter is in good hands going upwards.

Justice Haruna Tsammani or Justice Stephen Adah will chair the Appeal Panel. Let us wait.
Well I think there's a difference between iyang ekwo as a judge and the judiciary as an institution. He doesn't need to share his billions with the judges of the higher courts. He's to do his job and leave the higher court to concur or disagree. It's actually not his business whether they agree or disagree. His contract ends with him making his pronouncement and does not include influencing the higher courts to concur.

The various examples you gave above just further butress the fact that there's something between iyang ekwo and the PDP. All of the cases you cited are against the APC. This is no coincidence. The PDP know why they bring these cases before him. He's clearly pro PDP no doubt.

Degi, Frank ibezim, uche nwosu, Andy Uba, Dave Umahi, matawalle is brought before him again. Is he the only judge in the FCT?

To sack him will be to embarrass him.

It happened in the PDP with Okwesilieze Nwodo who refused to give in. When Jonathan had no option but to sacrifice him, he insisted he won't go.

They started the NEC meeting,lo and behold, an aide just came in and squeezed something into the hands of the Enugu PDP Chair @ the time....that was his resignation letter.

Buni will likely not be present. The deed has been done and the President has said Yes to NEC, that's all.
I get your point fergie.
Did you listen to El rufai on channels tv yesterday? There's something the president needs to get to the bottom of. How can Buni and co connive with some interest within the party to surreptitiously obtain an order from the court to ambush the APC convention. Elrufai said it was not known to the party until last week. This was an order dated November last year. In his words,he said the lawyers of Buni went to agree with the lawyers of the plaintiffs in court that the exparte order be granted. They had to go dig it out from the court achives when an insider brought it to their notice because it was supposed to be served on the party a few days to convention.

This gang want the convention and presidential primary to hold same day. I'm suspecting Uzor kalu and his co-travellers.

You’re only consoling yourself my friend.

El-Rufai never said he was considering being running mate to anyone as he is tired and needs rest (in his own words). What he actually said was that the only circumstance in which he would consider any further political office, including Osibanjo or Amaechi’s VP, would be if Buhari instructs him to.

Mind you I’m a core northerner and it would be in my immediate interest for another northerner to rule - but in the broader interest of Nigeria and its sustainability; it’d be better for a reasonable southerner to rule. Rotimi Amaechi performed really well and I will fully support him if he’s able to win the primaries but I can assure you that it’s a long shot.
