The courts have caused us serious confusion in this country. There's an urgent need to clean up the judiciary unfortunately buhari regime has made it even worse.

My brother this is the same thing in the APC constitution. I'm just amazed sometimes how politicians manage to do so many nonsense and get away with it. My greatest problem is the judiciary. How the judiciary make themselves available for the politicians to ratify brazen and conspicuous illegalities is what baffles me. Recently some people who claimed to be ward exco suspended the national chairman of APC and got the courts to ratify the obvious illegality for obvious reasons. Now the same thing is repeating itself in PDP and yet again the court is readily available to ratify the clear illegality. These are some of the reasons nobody takes Nigeria serious in the comity of Nations.

A Cross river State High Court sitting in Calabar, has issued fresh order barring Prince Uche Secondus from parading himself as National Chairman of PDP and performing the roles of the office.

The court also restrain him from participating at the National Executive Committee meeting scheduled for Saturday.

This fresh order was issued on Friday.

It may be recalled that Uche Secondus was suspended as National Chairman of PDP following a restraining order by Rivers State High Court on Monday.

The order came as a result of expulsion from the party by members of his ward in Andoni local government area of Rivers state.

What kind of judiciary is this?
