The governors know who has a better chance of winning the election. Obi is not in the race.

—In Oyo, with our without Makinde, Jagaban will clear the votes.

—In Rivers, we have some Jagaban loyalist like Abe, Tonye, and Amaechi. They should be able to mobilize some votes like they did for Buhari in 2019 where he got 30% of Rivers vote. Jagaban can negotiate with Wike ALONE to give some conceding so APC can get the neccessary 25% in Rivers.

—Enugu and Abia won’t still vote APC much with or without their governor endorsing Tinubu.

—Ortom is finished in Benue. Father Alia has more clout than him and it’s better Jagaban invest more in Father than wasting time with a failure like Ortom.

I will rather Jagaban leave the G-5 to support anyone they want to support. Just negotiate with Wike alone to give 25% in Rivers and tone down the vote. Wike will already send out fire to kill Atiku chance in Rivers so Jagaban don’t need to waste resources.

However, Atiku might use the G-5 endorsement against Tinubu in the North to curry sentiment against him. It’s dicey, but I will always trust Tinubu decision because he is a thorough bred politician.

I see a lot of PDP and APC guys depending on existing rigging structures to win this election. A lot them do not really believe that the will of the people is going to make any difference but I want to know what they mean by structure.

Thr structure that I know of is a political presence that not really try to passively convince people to vote them but try and buy voters, snatch ballot boxes, buy INEC staffs to help them overthumbprint ballot papers and bribe INEC preciding officers to help them manipulate incident forms.

Except, I don't know a lot again, what other thing do you think this structure can help you to do now other than just buying votes?

Whether or not we like it, the electoral reform Buhari passed has weakened these structures significantly and there is really much they can do now other than buying votes and maybe mobilizing grassroots campaign, which doedt really convince a lot of people anymore because they already made up their minds. If I am wrong, I want APC and PDP guys do educate me.

Anything that reduces Atiku's votes in the south is fine. It will enhance Tinubu's victory chances. All of those states were won by Atiku in 2019.

It doesn't matter who Makinde supports, Tinubu will surely win Oyo State.

It doesn't matter who Ortom supports, Tinubu will still have a nice showing in Benue.

It doesn't matter who Ikpeazu and ugwanyi support, Obi is expected to win there.

As for Rivers, I think Wike has the influence to swing it to any direction he wants. He obviously has a firm grip of the politics of the state.

A month before Osun election, Tinubu went to Ekiti to campaign for Oyebanji who eventually won the election Peter Obi’s candidate in Ekiti got less than 300 votes.

Two months before Ekiti election, Peter Obi went to Anambra to campaign for Valentine Ozigbo, he was shamefully defeated by Soludo. So, what’s your point again, buddy?
