I need advice on a gen to power 2 shops. A barbing salon and a laundry. I don't intend to run AC on the gen. Just normal salon equipments like sterilizer, towel warmer, clippers, TV, lights and fan, then washing machine and occasional iron for the laundry. Please what is your advise? My budget is about #130,000

Bro, forgive if these my questions seem repetitive and annoying. I am at yet another instance of missing posts that seem to be very vital and I haven't found any writeups for the previous ones. Mehn I just hit the gym after a long absense. I have been doing pressups for about a week to tone up a bit. I used dumbbells and coiled about 90 per arm total. That was yesterday and I noticed my hand had difficulty straightening up. Now its worse. I feel I may have strained something cus a muscle in the arm is just taut and the arm can't straighten. Even typing this is giving me a pain. Any suggestions on what I should do?
