As a Nigerian! I EXPECTED that Jona would use his power to win d election! Alas I was suprised when the result started coming in! Even as that, I thought Jona would challenge d result and eventually remain in Power but I was hit with another Suprise when I heard that he has conceded defeat by congratulating the winner. It was then I wiped and really havent stopped. Each time I read about his humility in this forum, I find tears in my eyes!I know he would be happier when he leaves office cos the challenges in governance of Nig. Would be lifted from him.It is said that Good name is better than wealth and my consolation is that he has made a Good name for himself and Nigerian democracy.
PoliticsRe: How Jonathan Defeated Obasanjo by Infinitegrace: 2:06pm On Apr 03, 2015
freshness2020:
A New Beginning!
I was left in tears when i read Presidents
Goodlucks
congratulatory message to Gen. Buhari
I was not crying because i felt like crying, i was not
crying cause I supported him and he lost, but i cried cause his
words arrested my
emotions.
He wished his opponent a good administration
ahead, he
congratulated him and accepted defeat.
I could remember by this time in 2011, Buhari
never accepted that
he lost, he promised Jonathan that he'l make his
administration
ungovernable for him and he later fulfilled his
promise. His
supporters took to the streets and slaughtered
innocent Nigerians
but he never stopped the killings.
But today, he has won that same man that
defeated him in 2011
but got a congratulatory message instead of
threats. He has
wished him success and not promising him an
ungovernable
tenure.
Few weeks to the election, the people we call our
leaders were
busy sending threats to themselves and leaving
the poor masses
gripped with fear. Some people left the country
with fear of the
aftermath of the election. But today you'v
restored peace by
accepting defeat peacefuly.
Oh! Jonathan, you've shown us that you'r a good
man. You'v
shown African leaders the true definition of
democracy. You
wished not to influence the elections with your
powers, you
wished not to cancel the election when you can
do it and nothing
will happen.
Posterity will never forget you where ever you go.
I am still your
fan for life. You'r a good and gentleman but
sorrounded by
ingrates and fools that care for their pockets
alone.
Oh Jona! You lost the election but won my heart.
As a Nigerian! I EXPECTED that Jona would use his power to win d election! Alas I was suprised when the result started coming in!

Friends and visitors during working hours? No, do that on your own time when you close.

Boyfriend? Her life, her choices, she is an employee not a slave, same way I wouldnt work somewhere that regulates when I can marry or have babies.

RomanceRe: Can Guys Ever Be Faithful? by Infinitegrace: 4:06pm On Jul 26, 2014
Single guys may stay faithful to their girlfriends but once they are married to her, they could only stay faithful for like 2years before they start hunting for both single & loose married women to satisfy their unsatisfiable sexual urge. * my opinion though*

Christianity EtcRe: How Well Do You Know The Scriptures? by Infinitegrace: 4:52pm On Feb 22, 2013
one of my favourite scriptures is Hebrews 10:14 (for by one offering he hath perfected to the end those sanctified). This scripture made me to beleive that the blood of JESUS CHRIST shed on the cross of calvary have already granted me perfection in every aspect of my life( marriage, health, salvation, prosperity, fruitfulness, etc) forever

My GOD is always and will be forever faithful to me. His faithfulness was all I saw in 2012. He saved me and mu family from so ugly situation and poured his blessings on us. Even though presently things are not so right, I believe he will see me through and his blessings upon me and my household will be greater this year 2013.
RomanceRe: Is Divorce The Only Answer To A Failed Marriage? by Infinitegrace: 8:01pm On Dec 30, 2012
I have already moved out, I intend to seek for the custody of my kids.

My God!
That's unblieveable. Move out of the house as quickly as you can. Don't make yourself a punching bag for any man even if he's your husband. I can clearly remember how a course mate of mine sustained internal injury due to beatings from her husband. Its not worth staying with a woman batterer. Plus you happen to be pregnant.

RomanceRe: Is Divorce The Only Answer To A Failed Marriage? by Infinitegrace: 6:56pm On Dec 30, 2012
In my case; my husband beats me up with serious injuries and afterwards still feels justified for doing so. He recently beat me up with two months pregnancy. For the sake of our two kinds and the one in the womb, I have opted for separation. I believe an abusive marriage is not worth fighting for cause life is at risk.
FamilyRe: Mistakes Married Women (& Men) Make by Infinitegrace: 6:08pm On Dec 30, 2012
A husband that has formed the habit of beating at every provocation, and also beats the wife up even with two month old pregnancy is no longer worthy of been called a husband but a monster. There is no money marriage for me and am equally seeking for justice. I would want this to be on the front page.
PoliticsRe: Describe Nigeria In Few Sentences........... by Infinitegrace: 3:41pm On Dec 30, 2012
Its a ctry where a husband can beat up a wife with two months pregnancy and he still feels justified for doing so cause he is the man. I want this to be on front page cos I want to express my grief and emotions more.
