you can always pay through third party shipping agents for safety but if your supplier is too stubborn you can always look for another
But using third party to pay is still 80% safe cox they will verify the account
Tell the supplier to send to your third party shipping agent,if he says no then look for another person jare
If he is sending use reliable shipping express within china or else it may take up to 5-7days for it to get to the thirdparty
