Agriculture / Makeover 200% Profit From Grains by iniobong888(m): 5:11am On Nov 19, 2016 |
Agriculture plays a big role in economic development of any country, as a matter of fact, its role can’t be overemphasized. Before now agriculture was left in the garbage can in Nigeria. Stakeholders were more concern about crude oil, so thanks to the oil prices fluctuation and Nigerian recession. Agriculture is becoming trendy now and stakeholders are looking for ways to bring in life to the once abandon sector. If Agriculture is going to feed Nigeria, it should be more like manufacturing. We are supposed to drive it along the value chain process, we should even meet up the world standard of climate smart agriculture, that is piloting innovation in the agricultural value chain that improves productivity and reduces climate impact( don’t worry we would get there, don’t ask me when.) For the past two years, I have noticed a trend that is alarming and there are also business opportunities that entrepreneurs and investors can take advantage of. The supply of grains either to industrial users or household has been on the decrease, while demand has been on the increase. It is interesting to note that in 2014, grains has a price surge of 50-80 % after three months of harvest but in 2015 it went 100% increase four months after harvest and 300% after seven months. Join me in mathematics , In 2015, November corn(maize) was selling for N4000,for a bag of 100kg but increase to N12,000 in March 2016 and sold for N15,000 in May/June before new stock came out. So it mean if you had bought 100bags of Corn for N400,000 in November 2015 and sold in May for N15,000 a bag that would be N1,500,000 a gross gain of N1,100,000 in six months( can your fixed deposit give you that). This is not limit to corn(maize) we are only using it as a case study other commodities also have a similar trend. There are several opportunities in this, one can look at it from the perspective of farming, or from the angle of warehousing better still from side of value chain activities. If you are interested in this gold mine, we would show you how to position and make money and how to grow your investment in this for a fee.08102816356 (www.creativeagric.com.ng)[img][/img]

Agriculture / Get Position To Make Over 100% Profits As Ginger Season Opens by iniobong888(m): 5:55am On Nov 02, 2016 |
Finally the Ginger season for the year 2016/2017 is open. The farmers, the buyer, the sellers, the middle men, the hustlers, the Indians, the foreigners all them, even you (reading) have an eye on how the market will swing. The last season 2015/2016 was a very interesting season as Ginger worth $33.1million was exported from Nigeria in all three forms. Ginger could exported fresh, dried split or powdered. This three form command different prices both locally and internationally. The powdered ginger commands the highest price followed by dried split and fresh. However, they greatest demand for Ginger is dried split ginger, but it all depends on what the buyer needs. So the market for this season opens up at N520,000 to N550,000 per ton depending on the grade. The international price for Ginger at the moment hover around $2,250 to $2500 a ton depending on the port of delivery and the terms of trade. We must also understand that there is high volatility when it comes to Ginger price. So how do you position to make profit from this season that has just opened? 1. Earn in dollars: Exploit the exchange rate; the international price for ginger is from $2,250 to $2,500 a ton, meaning that you are making over 100% gross profit on each ton. As the season opens an entrepreneur can take advantage of the low price to export. 2. Storage: Ginger price would always shoot high. So you can buy at a lower price, store and sell high when prices appericate. 3. Get into the value chain: Buy the fresh ginger, process and sell. 4. Prepare for planting now against next planting season: The best time to get ginger rhizomes for planting next year is now because it is cheap, by next planting season prices would have double if not triple ( planting of Ginger is not restricted to the north only, we have planted in the west and south) I want to do a webinar and we would look at the following topic 1. How to make money from the Ginger season even when have not invested much (or nothing) 2. Understanding how the details in the ginger value chain and how to profit from it . So if you are interested please drop you email and we would communicate the date to you. Thank you for your time. [img][/img] 1 Like

Agriculture / Making 200% Returns (ROI) On Investment Better Than The Bank Fixed Deposit by iniobong888(m): 8:16am On Sep 14, 2016 |
We are in the best of the moment in Nigeria as I write ( this is the best time to put in the creative cap and of course put in more innovative thinking into action). The Nigerian economy is beset by serious challenges and risks. The country is passing through economic ….. ( I don’t know yet.) For every challenge that presents itself, there is always an underneath opportunity that is waiting to be explored. This present situation in the country calls for multiple streams (oceans will be better) of income. One opportunity that makes investors smile last year from December(2015) to August 2016( up to September) was the grain storage business. The last six months saw investor taking 200% to 300% returns on investment. How do you explain a situation where an investor invests in 100 bags of corn at N4000 per bag in December and sells them off in August for N15,000 a bag. That is N1,100,000 pay off in 8 months that you wouldn’t get such interest in a fixed deposit for a year. That is over 200% returns on Investment There are opportunities in the grain market to store when prices are low and sell when prices go high. The best timing to store is some few weeks after harvest. It is not only grains that you can store and take a huge payoff. There are several agro produce that you can store namely : Corn Sorghum Soybeans Paddy Rice Palm oil Melon(Egusi) Ginger Yam Sesame seed Hibiscus flower Before you think of this type of investment, have a clear understanding of how this work. Have a business model that dictates the trend and price movement. Have an expert who will undertake the process for you. However, like every other business, it does have it risk factor , which you should be aware. Contact : iniobong on :08102816356 iniobong4solution@gmail.com |

Agriculture / Discover The Hidden Secret Of Making Millions From Ginger by iniobong888(m): 7:12pm On Aug 23, 2016 |
Everyone in the Ginger value chain industry had a reason to smile or laugh all the way to the bank. The 2015/2016 Ginger season ended on a very good note. The Price of dry split ginger open in October 2015 at N350,000 per ton and close in April 2016 at N650,000. You can imagine the happiness in the face and account of the farmers and all stakeholder in ginger business. Few weeks to go, the ginger season for 2016 / 2017 season would make a grand entrance. From a personal point of view, I think that the prices will soar higher than last season. So how does an entrepreneur ( investor) position himself to take an advantage of this industry? Ginger process starts from planting to harvesting and then to export or industrial uses, the more value attached to the chain, the higher the prices it commands. Fresh Ginger is cheap compared to dry split ginger . Presently fresh ginger goes for N195,000 per ton while dry split ginger goes for N550,000 per ton. The difference is because the is no value added to the fresh ginger after harvesting. One of the ways to make money from this business if you are not a farmer is to buy fresh ginger and process into dry split ginger. Let check the maths using a ton of fresh ginger as a case study . Price of a ton of Fresh Ginger===== N195,000 logistic ====== N 10,000 Processing ====== N 25,000 Bagging and labour ======= N 10,000 Total Cost ======= N240,000 Price of one ton of dry split ginger N550,000 Profit N310,000 (bear in mind that these prices are volatile(could change any time ) So if you didn’t farm Ginger the easiest way to tap into this is to get the fresh Ginger at the start of the season and process into dry split ginger and make over 120 percent returns on Investment . Bear in mind that at times prices(ginger) soar higher than a supersonic jet and could fall faster than gravity, so please do your due diligence before you invest. Agriculture / Cows For Hire by iniobong888(m): 3:03am On Aug 12, 2016 |
What comes to your mind when you see these Fulani herdsmen with their herds of cattle roaming about? Let me guess, cattle rustlers, trouble markers a whole lot of bad sentiment attach to this guys, (I wouldn’t blame you if you think in this direction). I don’t see that negativity (you wouldn’t blame me ofcourse) but I see money scattering around with no sense of direction on the part of the individuals involve and the government of that state. If the Individuals that own these cattle could explore the economic opportunities that are inherent in these business then there would be on their way to creating job opportunities for the unemployed Nigerian youths. The state government on the other hand also has various opportunities that it can tap from this Fulani herdsmen business. According to 2011 agricultural sample survey announced by the minister of Agriculture Nigeria had 19.5 million cows. An average cow takes in 30-40 gallons of water every day and consumes 20-30 kg of fodder every day. Now assumes a state government states up a ranch that herdsmen would have to stay for their cows to be feed. Guess how many people would be employed in that ranch? Bearing in mind, that a ranch will have various value chain business going on inside that ranch. There will be an abattoir, diary collection, dung collection ( useful as manure ) and the cows will power the ranch with their dung(no need for power holding) Lagos state alone consumes over 6000 cows daily, assuming that a ranch is feeding that state with an average cow going for N150,000, it means that directly over a billion naira will be made in a day and other value chain activities. The business is open to Individual and to the government , one can even do a PPP(private public Partnership). What will it take to feed 6000 cows that lagos state would consume, it would take manpower, food and water. The value chain create around here would spur research on the best hay for cattle, an inorganic fertilizer plant can that would use cow dung and a lot of other opportunities. Individuals can also start this project with young calves that comes in cheap and nurture them. It is important that we convert our challenges into opportunities. If you are ready to start today I have cows for hire. 1 Like |

Agriculture / Make Over 300% Profit From Planting Ginger by iniobong888(m): 9:51am On Apr 20, 2016 |
It is no longer new that the Revenue from oil has dwindle, and this the time for agriculture to take the front seat, as matter of fact not just agriculture but agricultural value chain is the way to go. The present reality leaves us with no other option than the diversification of the Nigerian economy, it is in the light of this present economic situation and the need to create other source of income that investing in ginger would be a nice alternative. [img][/img] In the last three years ginger has gone to be the most price agro commodity after coca but in 2015 Ginger was more expensive than cocoa making it the most price agro commodity in the country, in the international market ginger went from $1,500 per ton in 2011 to $5,000 per ton in 2015. There are a lot of opportunities in the ginger value chain. From planting to processing, exporting, logistics, extracting and a whole lot of activities. Have you ever consider investing in planting Ginger, it is hidden gold mine that most people haven’t consider except people that are from ginger producing areas Planting Ginger is a serious work as ginger take 8-9months to be ready for harvest, some people even leave the plant for sixteen months. But you can outsource the planting ( paying the locals to plant for you) if the best agronomy practice are followed ginger yields 16ton to 20tons per hectare. Locally In 2015 a ton of dried split ginger went as high as N550,000 per ton. Let consider planting and processing of dried split ginger on a hectare Cost of one hectare(leasing) N100,000 rhizomes = N280,000 Land preparation= N100,000 Labour for planting N150,000 Fertilizer/manure/chemical N100,000 Labour harvesting and packaging N80,000 Total cost of production N810,000 If the farmer lost 40% to 50% of the tons he harvested dues to processing he has on the average 8ton to 10tons to sell, meaning if he selling at N450,000 per ton he would have made net profit of N3,600,000 to N4,500,000 making over 300% returns on investment. This would hold true if the price of ginger don’t go south. To invest in business this you must have a business plan, the must be soil analysis and of course the buyer. The author is experience in this and can assist. 3 Likes |
