Over 15years ago was the Promasidor was first company to introduced powdered milk in pouch so that the everyone could afford powdered milk, the milk COWBELL was a milk everyone could afford other companies followed Promasidor a (cowbell) after 5 years but we all know that Cowbell reap huge from this strategy.
There is another opportunities in packaging edible oil in pouch, the Power oil is a perfect example that we can emulate, as it stands there is an opportunity in this industry that are not exploited no one has come up with the idea of packaging palm oil, soya oil, groundnut oil in small pouches, so it is an idea that will be of great gains to any other that is interested in this venture.
One can set up this venture, either through milling and extracting or you can outsource the oil extracting to others who will supply you the oil for your company to package.
we will give a detail feasibility study for any one who want to invest in this sector .

MAKING MILLIONS FROM SOYABEANS
There is no questioning the fact that agriculture is the next gold mine that is yet to be tapped in Nigeria. The opportunities offered by this sector are so enormous that it can turn an investor into a billionaire in a very short time.
Soyabeans is one grain that is highly needed in the country, it could serve as a cash crop to be exported, a raw material to be processed for it oil content, protein and over 300 industrial uses. It is one of the cheapest and richest form of protein. There is high demand for industrial use more than the domestic use, as matter of fact the demand for industrial use overstripped supply.
Although Nigeria is the largest producer of Soyabean in the West African region, According to CBN report, the demand for soyabean is valued at N300 billion and unfortunately Nigeria as country can only produce 25% percent of the quantity needed, making large gap of 75% to be filled. 30% of the demand gap is being meet by importation.
There are different ways in which an investor could exploited the opportunities offered by soyabeans .
1. Going into mechanize farming of soyabeans.
The opportunity of going into mechanize farming of soyabeans is huge, In 2014, the price for Soyabeans was N75,000 per ton in November, but in six months later the price per ton was going for N168,000. The sharp rise in price is largely caused by demand.

2. Partnership with local farmers on cultivations of Soyabeans
An investor could decide to partner with the locals in cultivation of soyabeans. These also have its own added advantage in terms of volume and other things.

3. Commodities marketing of soyabeans
The profit margin is high in marketing of soyabeans to industrial users but you have to learn be schooled in the business.

4. Processing and production of products derived from soya beans
Who smile to the bank better than you, because you have decide to add value.

The opportunities in the soyabeans subsector is enormous but an investor must have is fact right before investing. A detailed feasibility study is needed and I can guide and execute. (iniobong4solution@gmail.com ,07034706326

Discover the secret of Making money from agro commodity trading
There are different agro produces in the country that one can go into marketing especially for companies that have used them as raw materials. These agro produces are Corn (maize), Sorghum , Guniean Corn , Soya beans , Wheat , Millet , Cotton seed and several other. What I have mention here is mostly grains.
There are several ways to make money from agro commodities especially if it involves supplies:
Broker: One can visit companies that are involve in production that have need for these agro produces and sources LPO( Local Purchase Order) from them. Now you bargain with companies or individuals that can supply the order and get commission from them. Usually these commission is always consider on the number of tons , how frequent the supply will be needed and the payment method. For example , if a company need say 100tons of corn at a certain price, you can strike a deal with a supplier to take N1,000 per ton and that amount to making N100,000 as a broker with no risk on your side .
Supplier: One can decide to supply the company directly and make money.
Before you venture into supplying of grains directly that certain things that you must be aware, so that you don’t loses your investment.
1. Term of payment: what is the terms of payment of theses companies that you want to supply, some companies pay after 24 hours, 48 hours , 7 days, 2 weeks and even 45 days .Note that Companies that pay from 2weeks must have a slight higher price.
for example if company A is buying corn for say N60,000 per ton and pays after deliver 24hours, Company B must pay at least N63,000 per ton if payment is after 2weeks or 45days .
2. Offloading & Scaling : Most companies(if not all) won’t tell you that you will pay for offloading and Scaling the goods that you bought if you are venturing into the business for the first time.
3. Discount: there are companies that charge 1% to 10% of the amount supply as tax , again most of them won’t tell you except you have an insider that gives you the hints before time.
4. History of the Company: it is important that you also do background check on the company that you are supplying, how do the treat their suppliers ? what other relevant information do you need? These will help in determining if it is worth your time and investment.

Business / Nigeria Is A Land Of Opportunities by iniobong888(m): 3:30pm On Jul 06, 2015
Nigeria is a land of opportunities, it is quite interesting when you cross the length and width of this great country that you see opportunities untapped and you ask yourself questions are they citizens in this states not seeing it?
Why is that foreigners are always the first to see the enormous opportunities in our land and we the citizens are not see it or even exploiting it . From Calabar to Yobe , the opportunities are eye catching yet we wallow in poverty. I will like to tailor down the opportunities to those in the agric value chain sector
The opportunities to farm, to process, to package, preservation are all round calling for attention. For consideration if we only explore the diary sector, it is quite Visible that there is a lot of opportunities in the dairy sector , there is a lot of cattle in the North but few in the South and the west that on own is a chain of opportunities.
The opportunities in this sector vary like:
a) Transporting Cows, goats and sheep from the North to the South and the west ,
b) Innovation can be added through transporting this raw meat through cold vans
c) Dry meat processing
d) Fresh milk production
e) Yoghurt production
f) Feed production from bones, blood
g) Manure from there waste of livestock

It might interest you to know that there are some of this business that you can start on a Zero level to a small budget depending on the volume that you may pay , but the questions is are you seeing the opportunities ?
I tend to look out to other sector in the agric value chain and exploits the opportiuties in this sector .

This is wonderful. But what does it cost to start a sesame seed farm and what is the gestation period?

it depends on the size of farm you want to start with and type of farm operation that u want to use. for Fertilizer it depends on your farm size. sesame seed doesn't need much rainfall that is why the climatic condition in the north favour it. it takes 120 days to mature.
Agriculture / Making Millions From Sesame Seed Value Chain by iniobong888(m): 6:17am On Oct 24, 2014
How do you become a player in sesame seed business without having millions in your account? Is it even possible? Ofcourse it is very possible to start from nothing and grow into millions even billions in the sesame seed value chain business. These are the four most vital requirements that are needed to be a player in this business.
1. Passion
2. Working knowledge
3. Phone
4. Bank account
It is passion that first of all drive you in this business you need to be passionate to learn about the business. The working knowledge in this business depends on which level you want to enter the business. You can’t do this business without communication, so you phone connects the bridge between your suppliers, the farmers, and other stakeholders in the business. The bank account is for your transactions and to keep your millions.
Sesame seed is the second most sought after cash crop in Nigeria after cocoa, Nigeria is the second largest producer of sesame seed in Africa, and ranking seventh in the World. Other African countries also producer sesame seeds are Chad, Sudan, Ethiopia, Niger, mail, Kenya and Burkina Faso.

Sesame seed is highly valued for its oil which has a very low level of cholesterol. The oil is used in production and as a preservative in canned sardine, margarine, corned beef and soap. It is also used in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. Sesame seed comes in four colour namely clear white, brown, gold and black.
Ninety percentage of sesame seed produced in Nigeria is exported out to different countries. However we could add more value to sesame seed apart from cleaning and exporting if as an investor extract oil from seed which sells more in the international market and the chaff used for animal feeds or as a raw material for another industrial used.
Sesame seed is produced in Benue, Taraba, Kebbi, Kano, Bauchi, Kogi, Plateau, Adamawa, Kwara, Cross-River, Ebonyi, Niger, Gombe, Katsina, Yobe, Bomo and Nassarawa States.

To make money from the sesame seed you could decide to source for the product from any state that farms it. It means that you could decide to talk to the farmers to gather their stock for you and you pay once you see their stocks.
Secondly you could also decide to visit the cleaning mill and arrange for a buyer from there and you get commission. For example if you get over to the milling and sesame is selling for N260,000 a ton if sell to your suppliers for N265,000 a ton you will make a N150,000 in one trailer load of 30tons, so if you can load 10 trailers in one month that is N1,500,000 in a month.
If you have the resources or you can leverage on relationship you can supply to your buyers directly in lagos and you make over N10,000 to N20,000 per ton thereby making N300,000 to N600,000 per trailer.
Since the world is a global village you could connect with international buyer around the world through the internet and export directly without going to sell in lagos.
This might be your blue print to success

Business / The WEST Owes You Nothing. by iniobong888(m): 6:00am On Aug 18, 2014
Dear African,
The West owes you nothing. Nada. Zilch. It’s as simple as that. When you are ready to make progress wake up. Until then sleep quietly, your snoring is annoyingly loud.
The average African nation has had 50 years to sort itself out, but what have they done? Squandered every opportunity and butchered each other at the slightest provocation.
I get tired of hearing about western conspiracies.
The reality is this. The west will eat you at the slightest opportunity. And guess what? They should eat you if they get the chance. You don’t get on a football pitch with boxing gloves. To play the game you need to know the rules. Ask China.
The President of the US owes you nothing. His job is to protect American interests. He is their CEO and they are the shareholders of USA PLC. Their GDP is their market cap and their currency is their share price. Every four years, they hold an AGM called elections and though you love to watch the outcome, it is none of your business, you are not a shareholder.
Given the opportunity Coca Cola would kill Pepsi, McDonalds would kill Burger King, Pizza Hut would kill Dominos and Google would kill Microsoft. This is the reality. This is the game. The rules are simple. Protect yourself at all times and plan for every eventuality.
You complain about slavery and ask for reparation. Guess what? You don’t get paid twice, you have been paid already. Without you, slavery would never have being what it became. Without you, maybe the US will not be the power house it is today. The only people that are due anything are the descendants of slavery.
You complain about colonisation and it’s obvious exploitation but refuse to build on the infrastructure it left. You have let education and health rot away. You rely on rail tracks built half a century ago. I can go on and on, but what is the point? You will only insult me and continue as usual.
When I think of colonisation I bring out a map and marvel at how such a small island nation like Britain could shape the world. I want to understand that mind-set, that determination to refuse to be confined to your natural boundaries, the hunger and desire to explore. Yes colonisation was unnecessarily brutal. What I ask is this. Why can’t we have that mind-set?
But I give you this, you are tough, “smart” and resilient, and you have a survival instinct not seen in any other race. You have survived the brutality of slavery and colonisation, non-ending civil wars, famine and HIV. Yet, you are almost a billion today. You have it in you, but you choose to survive and not live, when pushed to the wall you push the wall back instead of fighting back. You are threatened by Ebola today, the statistics say you will survive it and continue to be a nuisance to yourself and the world at large.
No continent has the potential you have, no people of any continent has been endowed like you. You have it all, fertile land and climate, natural resources and a young population, but you slumber on as though you know not it’s value. Then you complain when others see this value and take advantage.
You take sides when Russia, China, the EU and the US squabble. You find reasons why to support or not support them, you appear logical in your opinions about their squabbles. But in matters closer to home? You are blinded by ethnicity and foreign religions.
You have the blessing of the sun but can’t provide electricity for yourselves. You have oil but refuse to refine it. Fertile land but refuse to grow crops to feed yourselves. Dear African, ask yourself this question. If you were non-African how would you view Africa? Probably as a nuisance? The truth is that Africa is seen as a nuisance by many, the nuisance that keeps taking 1% of their GDP and adding it to it’s squander.
You say the west takes more than it gives in aid. What do you expect the west to do? Not to take if given the chance? You give them the chance to take, it’s that simple. If you want to stop it, you can. The truth is your leaders benefit from it so it will continue, don’t blame the west blame your leaders for allowing it and blame yourselves for having such useless leaders who by the way only reflect you.
You complain about racism yet you are among the most bigoted group on the planet, unable to see the similarities others see in you to discriminate against you but focus on the insignificant differences. The slightest misunderstanding leads to name calling, Igbo, Yoruba, Hausa, Kenyan, Nigerian and Ghanaian.
You complain about gay rights as though that will lift the continent out of it’s slumber, you refuse to write your own history and complain when others do. If you did, you will realise that homophobia was brought from Europe and not homosexuality. But what do I know? I am just an angry black man. Make that a very angry black man.
And guess what? I am not angry at the white man. I am angry at the black man. I am angry at you. In Africa, blame the white man or the devil always sells, a better sell is to call the white man a devil. Guess what? The white man is sometimes a devil, the black man is sometimes a devil, we are all devils sometimes.
You have had 50 years to take advantage of every technology invented without having to see the necessity that is the mother. Yet you ignore and choose to believe in things you can’t explain. You run to church for answers to the explainable. Your churches are perhaps your most thriving SMEs. Yet those that gave you that religion have more or less abandoned it. They live in the age of reason.
You complain about police and army brutality but will lynch your fellow citizens if given the chance. What would you do with a uniform and a gun? You complain about your politicians being corrupt. You fail to realise that they are only a reflection of you. The only difference is that they have power and you don’t.
So let me say this as clearly as I can.
Dear African, the west is not your worst enemy, you are your own worst enemy.
I know you will insult me for writing this. But I take solace in the words of a great African, Chinua Achebe. He said, if you don’t like my book, write yours.
So I say. If you don’t like my post? Write your own!
