In addition to all others suggested, I'd say you don't have to stop completely. Just try to give yourself a break. For example, you may decide to watch your favorite porn once in a week, say Saturday. What you'll do is abstain for one week then reward yourself on Saturday. After sometime, you may try once in two weeks.

As you get control little by little, you may realize that you don't want that reward again. In between, try leaving your stomach close to hungry by eating little or fasting as the case maybe. You can also embrace working out to build your body and mind. Just be patient with yourself. And a strong will is absolutely needed. Make no mistake about it, you can't drop a habit overnight.
