Chidonc:Same here bro. I lost my parents at a very young age. My siblings and I really hustled to go to school. We searched for opportunities like this to no avail. Not once did we miss exams deliberately. Unless we were sent home for failing to pay our fees. That's why I'm so angry with this boy who is ignorantly playing his opportunities. |

If he wants to wear a raincoat over his head, it's his business. As long as he can see clearly to barb me, I don't mind. But no matter how much he convinces me that he's an expert, I'm not wearing anything that will blur my vision let alone cover my eyes completely. They better leave that man alone and scold the son seriously. How can I spend $21K for your school fees and you deliberately miss the exams? If the boy had any single respect for the parents he would have at least told them before missing those exams. Their reactions to the result is a clear proof they were never aware. They should let that man be. He didn't pick such huge amount of money from the streets. Imagine how hard I'm hustling now to pay for my boys school fees.... I may do worse than that man. For those ladies criticizing the man, imagine you spent your own money (N5000) to buy foodstuffs for food. You spent hours cutting, grinding and putting everything together to make a good soup for your man. At the end of the day, he abandons everything to go play WHOT with his friends. I mean all the while he watched you go through all that stress, he never mentioned he's not hungry. He watched you spend your hard-earned money and did everything to please him. Yet he never even "touched" the plate cover to see what is inside. How many of you can stand that? Before you bash the man again, take a look at what I can do for you in the pic below. 128 Likes 4 Shares |

Staying alive is far more important at this time than a "yearly" celebration. If we are all alive by the time this pandemic has been successfully controlled, we will have so many Easter celebrations that we may have difficulty selecting which of them is the best. Let's stay alive first Nigerians, Jesus Christ will not be resurrecting tomorrow morning. He has already resurrected more than 2000 years ago. Tomorrow is merely a remembrance or a celebration of that. Don't go out there and put your life and that of others in danger, and then die while celebrating someone whose number one enemy is death. Your saviour is alive and well on His throne, don't die celebrating Him! 9 Likes |

Some comments from people will make you wonder if everything is truly alright with them or they're just purposely talking trash. How can you ask what Aliko Dangote has achieved in his 63 years? I mean, Aliko Dangote of all people? The man's entrepreneurial life is a full study book for you, your children and your children's children! Generations upon generations! If his name were to be Warren, Bill or Jeff, I know so many of you that will worship even his footprints on the ground. But since it's "Aliko" joined by "Dangote", you will despise as usual, your very own! Well, let me not go further than this. Happy birthday to you sir! 6 Likes 1 Share |
Family / Re: Nigerians And Begging by InspireWealthB: 11:27am On Apr 08, 2020 |
There is no group of people on earth with begging as a part of their culture. No continent, country or ethnic group upholds it. In the days of our fathers, begging was so "abnormal" that some of them would rather die than beg, even for their own lives. Now, I'm not saying that begging started today but the acceptance it is fast gaining today, especially among our youths, speaks very low of our generation. Do you know that today some full fledged youths, I'm talking of able-bodied men and women, have it as their official career? And the worst is that there's no level they won't go to keep up with it. If they are not hiring children from the motherless babies homes and orphanages to beg on the roads, they are constantly cooking up one story or the other to deceive the public. Although there are situations one can be in and they'll have no other option than to beg, but making it a habit is very very bad. You need to see the way that some of them live flamboyantly on other people's sweat. I'd rather hustle with my bare hands than to beg, and God forbid situations that will even make me consider it from coming my way. Oya my people, in the spirit of the conversation, patronize our services. 52 Likes 3 Shares |

To keep stating the facts without taking the necessary steps to address them, is a waste of time. Yes Nigerians are dying of hunger, we all know that. The big question is, what are you doing about it? Being a politician, how are you walking towards changing that? By just talking and talking? It's time for all the Nigerian leaders to realise that a nation without her citizens, is nothing but a Farmland! If we all fall to the hunger virus, soon there will be no people to govern. Let's move beyond just acknowledging the obvious to taking proactive measures that will bring about solutions. Long live the Federal Republic of Nigeria! Meanwhile if you own a blog/website, I can give you high quality original articles that are search engines optimized. Articles that are free of grammatical and typographical errors. Politics / Re: Bashir Ahmad Begs Elon For 100 Ventilators by InspireWealthB: 3:22pm On Apr 02, 2020 |
Some people will never cease to amaze me with their level of shamelessness. So because Ukraine, Argentina and whatever country begged for the same online, it is okay for Nigeria to also do the same. I would even forgive Bashir Ahmed, at least he did it from his own private account and even gave a good reason for the same. But something is definitely wrong with the handler of the Ministry of Finance using the official verified account of the Federal Government to do the same! Check out the differences between these two reports assuming the both of them are done by CNN today... "A minister in Nigeria begs Elon Musk via Twitter to donate ventilators to Nigeria" "Federal Government of Nigeria lines up to beg Elon Musk for ventilators on Twitter" If the second report no make you shame, you fit pick kuli-kuli from ground inside market chop one day. Nobi say u no get money & opportunity buy, but because u no get single shame. Even as an adult. Imagine AMERICA lining up to beg for the same with the government verified account on Twitter! This single act (not just that of Bashir but the FG) will be used to mock you and I as Nigerians forever. You go see am. To say we can't get this easily after Innoson has said they can produce thousands of it within a short period is somehow. Give the man the support, the money donated so far and hold him to his words! 36 Likes 2 Shares |
