Yes, if the the role is in line with your career path or goal and opportunity for career and self development even if the pay is not fantastic. Then the environment should be conducive.
On a contrary opinion, with little or no support from anybody, a graduate in Nigeria will be willing to do “any job” to keep body and soul together.

I wish you all the best as you wait for feedback from Lafarge, but truth be told I never read the questions, I was just picking options.

Most especially verbal and numerical, na for abstract I think I did well. Before I could read first two sentences, my time has jumped from 17mins to 14mins and I have not even selected the answer to the first question and I have 20 questions to go.

Bro I just started mumuing, couple with the fact I was trying for the face recognition detector to keep focus on my face before them go talk say I don Waka commot.

Apart from been certain and confident of what I did in the second test, this was the response at the end of the test, which I believe should only be on the screen of those that passed.
Well some has argued that everyone that partake in the second test got that same feedback. Then I would say FMN did no good in that aspect or probably we don’t understand English language as the case maybe.

Well I feel maybe it’s because of my discipline, but to say I didn’t pass the test, I confidently disagree.

(If FMN has decided to carry their mat, God dey). Lol

Every Dick and Harry saw this after submitting the test. It's not a proof that one passed the test. The only proof that one passed is invitation mail for the next stage. That's how it's been for both first and 2nd batch.

I was sure of what I did in the second test. Anyway, great days are always here.

I guess that message at the end of the second test was seen by everyone irrespective of whether he/she passed or fail...Or is there anyone who didn't see the message?? Or do we mean to say that everyone who wrote passed??

So personally i believe that message isn't a proof that we passed or failed the test ..

Let’s hope the invite is in batches then. If not, I wouldn’t know the reason they didn’t invite us for the interview after we passed the 1st and 2nd stage of the assessment.

If you meet the requirements for the first stage, you will be called for the next stage. Nothing like most preferred course.

Then we hope the invite is in batches, because I passed the second stage. Not seeing the invite makes me wonder.

I wasn't shortlisted probably because I studied petroleum engineering or invitation is in batches

It is well. I studied Metallurgical Engineering. They wouldn’t have scheduled us if it’s base on our course and I am sure they would have screened our applications before scheduling us.

I am here refreshing my mail and nothing like interview invite has dropped. Maybe the interview is in batches, just maybe, because the feedback I got after the second test was that I will be invited for the Next level stage.
