Manage pick up of payment instructions from clients and follow up on execution. Manage clients’ relationship – including keeping in constant touch with Tax desk officer of corporate payers. Follow up and convert new leads from CIB and CB RMs Where state IGR payments are involved, the DSAs follow up with the related branches to ensure quick execution and to also ensure the original receipts are collected from the respective Board of Internal Revenue (BIR) offices. Ensure collection of original tax receipts for FIRS and LIRS taxes which involves physical calls to the respective tax stations Deliver original receipts to clients. Attend to complaints and queries raised by clients which may involve generation of TIN and payer identification for clients’ subsidiaries Remuneration Each DSA is paid a commission of 15k/mile on total amount (value) collected. This is 50% of the Bank’s commission assuming all the DSA only collect on FIRS.
