Facility Operations

7. Oversight on the movement of all parts, PPE, tools and equipment records to ensure accuracy and precision on Zoho and transaction/reception booklets.
8. Management and tracking of assets by proper labelling and complimentary update on Zoho, clearly stating the live location and usage of the item/tool/equipment.
9. Retrieval of all the items ordered on a transfer order (from the Supply Chain/Facility Manager) from central store to the branch store and a corresponding/accurate update on Zoho.
10. Oversight on the availability of office consumables such as water supplies, cleaning items and other office essentials.
 
Client Relations (Internal &External)
11. Data entry and compilation of the periodic Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) report to be reviewed and signed off by the facility manager for the client or client representative.
12. Coordination, archiving, design and distribution of facility communication materials such as Bulletin board communications, HSE signs, training materials, Technician Attendance, Site-wide updates, etc.
13. Organization of conferences and meetings by setting up the function room, taking minutes and fulfilling logistics functions.
