• Change Management- Design, deployment and implementation of all organizational change projects through process design and approaches that support change and transformation
• Counsel to Employees- Provide day-to-day coaching to employees on a variety of actions including employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; and organizational design consultation.
• Learning and development- Implementation of learning and development strategy of the organization in line with business objectives
• Onboarding- Facilitate process of candidate selection; interviewing; job offer; background check, onboarding and integration/induction of new employee.
• Performance Management- Design, create and drive an effective performance management system within the organization

�No value or skills. Employers are looking for value. If you are experienced, highlight your accomplishments. If you are fresh out of school, highlight your skills. You are selling value not mere paper

�No subject. How you apply goes a long way. Some paste their CVs in the body of their email, for some, no subject. Some even forget to add an attachment.

Be intentional about your CV. It is the most important document of a jobseeker. Your CV gets to where you may never get to. Make a good first impression with your CV. A recruiter may also love your CV and keep it in view for another role.
