The equity price of U A C N PLC PLC was adjusted today 16th of May, 2016 for a dividend of N1.00 as recommended by the board of directors. The last close price was N19.55, hence the ex-div price N18.55. Please be guided accordingly.

It's not a done deal. The target is 75% but the parent company failed to achieve target. Still on 58.53%. Using the news post as a basis for a BUY decision is what I would consider risky.
