We have some Ugwu (fluted pumpkin) seeds for sale! Raining season is finally here, and this is the best time to start your planting.

For Newbies, Ugwu seeds when planted, germinates within the first 10 days, and will be ready for harvesting 30-40 days from germination. They are easy to cultivate and multiply quickly. You do not need large plots of land to start, as you can start even in your backyard, for you family, neighborhood or even as a business.

Our seeds are of the broad-leaf variety and are available at:

** ₦25 each (for less than 100 pieces)
** ₦20 each (for 100 pieces or more)

Limited stocks available.
Location is Oyo town, Oyo state.

if you are in the north the dosage is 50 ml per 16 liter sprayer but if you are in the south it should be 70 ml it's not advisable to mix with other chemicals

@ Farmer Akinloye, I have a tomato variety which might be superior to Platinum in a lot of ways.

1. High disease (incl. bacterial wilt) tolerance 2. Shorter plant 3. Bigger fruits (I think) 3. Highly marketable shape & colour 4. Does very well in dry & rainy season 5. High dry matter (very little water content).

Whether it can beat Platinum in terms of yield is what we need to find out.

Would you be interested in doing a side by side planting test? Ideepaul, OluchiDelly, bosagro, jidestroud - are you interested?

I'm willing to give each interested participant 30 free seeds.

It has always being my habit to have little little crop for my own consumption,and sometimes I do dash out too, example tomato,pepper,vegetable leaf,cocoyam,okro e.t.c. so I have like ten stand of f2 platinum which germinate on there own after I make ridges. I have transplant them now, and I intend to train them to know what the fruit will be. Who's else is also curious to know what f2 platinum fruit will be? Click share,if I see reasonable share then I will be updating it with pix.

it will do well. with many fruits but most not as big as the F1. my security man (Hausa) @ the farm have a garden where he planted his after I gave him the F1 fruits. he then decided to plant the seeds. even without applying any insecticide. it was very ok
