officer na officer dss/ssc you will taste battle at some point in your career, I have seen dss officer who has been to the north east while ssc are seen in their various units

read my comment again... I've been there... SSC Course 45 has the lowest number of cadets in a very long time... Most of them dashed.... In my state there's only one left and some states have none

For those of you applying SSC... Hope you know what it means... Your job is to fight war and the war in Nigeria is real... In the North East every month nothing less than 50 soldiers are being killed every month... So if you are applying SSC and you know what it means (Short Service Combatants) and you're determined to die for your country in war then you're good to go... But if you're applying for the sake of the uniform and looking rugged in the eyes of civilians then my advice is forget about it.....
SSC screening and training is difficult no doubt.... Just from screening alone you're gonna start having a second thought...
As for DSSC it's more of professional work or administrative work.... That doesn't mean you can't fight war ooo, but it is not likely...
I wish y'ol the best of luck, I applied for DSSC this year unlike SSC I applied for last year... Before you join anything know what you're getting into... I wish I could secure a good job of 100k+ or even one of the paramilitary like Customs, Civil Defense or Immigration... Which safer for you and me...
Disclaimer: I'm not discouraging anybody, am just telling you guys the truth, they will also tell you thesame when you've made the list for the screening....

Pls is there anyone that didn't attach NYSC discharge certificate and hv wrote the test about 48hrs ago and he/she is yet to get Love letter (regret mail)?? Am not saying u'll get love letter o i jst want to confirm because i wrote d test I got: one-8, two7, two-6, and one-4 and i got d love letter after 48hrs.
Am asking to assist my friend who is yet to apply because he also dnt hv d NYSC yet bt we wl lay our hand on it next week.

Mehn this is serious... This is aprox 72hrs after my test and am still waiting... I just hope something good turns up... Please can you screenshot the love letter lemme see, so that incase such a mail appears in my inbox I'll just ignore it and move on!

Stop being bitter... I am currently a contract staff in the drilling process and oil has been found in Alkaleri of Bauchi state... Secondly lemme give you the raw truth, even if atiku will be given extra 2 million votes he can't win buhari... Apart from the crowd you see in his campaign from each states in the North there are still millions like me waiting to for Feb 16th to vote and we don't goto campaigns or neither do we shout online... I am from Adamawa State and if you see any Adamawa person that likes atiku just know that the person is either a Christian or his family is into politics and PDP to be precise.... I am not God so I can't tell you if he will win in Adamawa but incase you see that Atiku loose in his states, let it not come as a surprise to you!... Simple defeat your pastors cannot live with, simply because most of them said he will not win and he won, it has now turn into a must hate figure... Continue hating let's see where it will take y'ol... And if ya pastors still said to y'ol that their god told them that Buhari will loose then if he wins, just know that buhari is greater than your so called god for the second time...
