You are correct. My friend paid our hod 250k to clear about 22courses he failed,and guess what?he graduated with second class upper that I used 6years to struggle for.it happens in federal institutions as well,but common in state universities.

it is done in both state and federal uni... When we talk of the difficulty in passing a course... State suffers the most... U'll go to some federal uni and find a lecturer that have been taking a course for 15-20 years... Now please tell me which new question do u think he will set in his exam?.. .
Sorting is done in both state and federal universities because it depends on the individual!

i am with him on this one... As for me my stomach upset is triggered when ever i eat from a restaurant, tho I've asked my doctor and he told me that its the psychological presence i create around the food that triggers it......
