The Nigerian situation is a peculiar one, it is difficult to side with the people because the government has a point. There are genuine citizens who have no ulterior motive but there are sinister groups who have bad intentions, who are waiting to take the opportunity a protest presents to unleash evil. That’s why it is difficult to berate the government when they say they won’t allow protest.
