Peter Obi the desperado, immature and cry-cry Igbo god. Anyone who does not support him is an enemy to him. I don’t support any Naija Politician but I know that’s why Tinubu is above many of these Politicians, he has the ability to rise above disagreements and issues.

There used to be an activist in this country that hated Tinubu’s gut badly, he’ll write articles to discredit him but when he needed surgical operations abroad, it was Tinubu that came to his help, when he died untimely, it was Tinubu that came to the rescue of his family. To the surprise of many, he extended a hand of fellowship to Bode George, a man who has criticized Tinubu for the major part of his life.

Peter Obi that couldn’t even unite Anambra as a sitting Governor is that one a leader.

Peter Obi had the most troubled tenure as Governor in the whole Nigeria.


Most of you none Igbos don't understand the battle Peter Obi fought and won in Anambra.


Peter Obi was removed as Governor twice during his tenure by the powers holding Anambra state down. He used Suprene court to come back twice.


So he didn't even had a moment of rest to start organizing an LGA election, he was just going in and out of court. That was one of the reasons he couldn't conduct an LGA election in his first tenure but did towards the end when the coast became clear.


Go and ready about his court cases, he spent lots of time in court. How can a Governor function in such mood? Be sincere.


And let me tell you, Igbo populace are among the tribal populace in Nigeria that vote politician based on good record of the politician.

Let me throw more light for you to understand this better.


Some corrupt Igbo politicians in 1992/1993 went and collected money from IBB and were working against MKO Abiola and any civilian President to emerge President, they wanted Babangida to continue to transform to Civilian President out of their usual selfish desire. Despite their working against MKO Abiola, Igbos saw MKO as a better candidate and Igbos voted massively for MKO despite the fact that MKO was contesting against Tofa who had an Igbo running mate, but still MKO won Anambra out of 4 states in Southeast then and lost with very small margin to Tofa in the remaining 3 states in Southeast.


Fast forward to 1999, Igbos saw Obasanjo as a better candidate and voted massively for him. His second tenure they abandoned a whole Odimegwu Ojukwu and still voted Obasanjo unlike Hausa-Fulanis who voted massively for Buhari even when they knew Buhari had no chance of winning any other region. Igbos voted a none Igbo, a Yoruba man based on their belief that he is a better person to rule as President.


During Yaradua time, Igbo delegates shunned Rochas, etc and voted for Yaradua and Igbos then shunned another eminent Igbo son Okadigbo who was running with Buhari and voted Yaradua whom they believed was a better candidate.

In 2010, Igbos voted massively for Goodluck an Ijaw man based on their belief that he was a better choice. There were other Igbos contesting in different other parties Igbos shunned them.


Igbos again rejected Buhari in 2015 because they still believed Goodluck was far better than Buhari, everything cursed and attacked Igbos they stood their ground that Buhari is a failure and Buhari proved Igbos right, he ended up a miserable failure.


In 2019, Igbos rejected Buhari again and voted Atiku because they believed Atiku would be better a President than Buhari.


2023 came, Igbo politicians and elites didn't want Peter Obi, Igbo general populace knowing how Obi tried during his tenure as Governor despite the turbulence and Anambra cabals fight against his tenure, and how famous he was as a politician that dont ever give bribe or spend lavishly which everybody in Anambra know him for, including his co Governors back then decided to throw their support behind Obi despite Igbo elites not supporting him, all that you Yorubas saw was that Igbos are tribalist supporting Peter Obi because he is Igbo but all the past 27 years or so that Igbos have been supporting none Igbo Presidential candidates, Igbos were not tribalist, you guys should try and use your wisdom.


This thing you guys are doing will surely backfire one day. Right now to you guys shortsightedness, you cant see how it will backfire because to una, Igbos can do nada, Igbos have no political weight, this is what you guys are believing now, but no wahala, make una continue. However, 2months to the expiration of his tenure (Jan. 2014), typical of most Nigerian Governors, he quickly organized a shady election to install his stooges across LG for the next Governor (Willie Obaino). That election set the tone for the issue Peter Obi had with Willie Obaino, because he did it on purpose to cage Willie Obaino, something he didn’t tolerate while he was the Governor.

Peter Obi is a regular Nigerian Politician, greedy, autocratic and wicked. He is not different from others. The problem with Igbos is they’ll leave their fight and start fighting other people’s fight, leave the issue of Ministry of Livestock, it is not a big deal, a sensible government will come in tomorrow and merge Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock. Meanwhile, face your own issues and channel energy on getting what you’re asking for, devise strategic and collaborative methodologies to get it, determine your leverage, if you have any at all. Fulanis have leverage and they always use it well. Lobbying to get one's desire is about leverage in every part of the world. The question is do Igbos have any leverage with this government at all?

Imagine, if a significant number of Igbos led by a political bloc in APC had committed to voting for this government during campaign with the agreement that some agreed actions will be taking for the benefit of the Igbos and they delivered? Fulanis, divided their votes significantly amongst the 2 top candidates. That’s political wisdom, whichever way they would have won.

Tinubu did all he could do to win Orji Uzor Kalu to support him in SE, paid the guy several visits in Abuja and Abia, he even visited the guy’s mum, just to win him over. But heck no, he didn’t work for him, Tinubu performed woefully in Abia state and SE but Orji Uzor Kalu won. He was able to garner votes for himself to win but couldn’t deploy resources for his Party’s Presidential candidate to garner significant votes in the East. Notwithstanding Tinubu won and the guy started screaming to be Senate President, like are you mad? Is the new President going to support someone who didn’t support him to garner votes in the East (Orji Uzor Kalu) and dump the person that deployed resources and helped him garner significant votes in SS (Akpabio)? Like are you stupid or you’re just pretending to be stupid?

I am not a fan or support of Tinubu but he must be credited for this singular action. He has been fighting for LG autonomy for a long time. I believe he might get Nigeria restructured before he leaves Aso Rock.

Lagos at then was not part of the western region, naturally Lagos had to get its own administrator. Ojukwu showed he had no igbo agenda here cause obviously the administrator of Lagos would still be a Yoruba man. If ojukwu wanted to invade Lagos he could hv sent ifeajuna or another igbo man to march towards Lagos with the Biafra army, but he sent one of their own, as he believes that person would do what’s best. And would easily carry the interest of their people at heart. What then did Ojukwu do wrong?

He said him and victor banjo must meet, if he was calling victor banjo to the east and saying he must meet with him at Enugu, u would think he wants to negotiate at a location and position of power. Ojukwu is a person who like such meetings to be held on neutral grounds. This was proven at aburi where it held in Ghana.

In this meeting, won’t the duration of the Biafran army on the west be discussed, or did they come to stay permanently? People who come to an area to stay permanently are an occupation force and ojukwu just proved he wasn’t.

Ojukwu proved himself fair, it would do history a big disservice if an igbo man tried to come up with a name for a Yoruba country, he asked him to come up with a name for the country.

Ojukwu also showed how fair he was in this when despite igbo being the majority tribe in the eastern region the person who came up with the name Biafra was someone from a minority tribe.

An assessment is different from a justification, an assessment must be objective, free of emotions and rational. Flip it around, and imagine if that letter was from Awolowo to Ojukwu, will your assessment be the same?

Like every ambitious soldier, Ojukwu took his whole tribe to a war they weren’t prepared for and got many killed. The only grouse I have with him is he behaved like a coward at the end, real Soldiers don’t run from battle, they’ll rather die even in the face of defeat than live as a coward. But Ojukwu ran like a simp, living ordinary Igbos to die in the hands of angry soldiers who did t see the need for the war in the first place. Lastly, Igbos should always remember that FGN didn’t declare war on SE but rather Ojukwu declared war and attacked Nigeria first.

Lol, you really don’t get it, his ability to gather people who were ready to die for him to win is what makes him a Supremo. You’re right, El-Rufai worked for him and others but that doesn’t mean he can’t deal with any one of them now that he’s President if the person tries to oust him. One thing about him is that he might never go for betrayal, so he’ll still watch, wait and see if El-Rufai and the other gangs will retrace their steps. He doesn’t really give a heck about Atiku, they both want the same thing, so there’s no way to pacify such a person.
Yes, the North is a strong power block, but see ehn, the North is made up of many blocks and Politicians, a sitting President like Tinubu wouldn’t find it hard to decimate them, set them against each other. One thing you should know is that, Kwankwaso will contest in 2027 again, and Tinubu will back him, I expect Tinubu to sponsor another faction in the North to contest, the purpose is divide the votes and thereby make the Northern votes insignificant to victory. You see those guys, they have been long in the game, they know how it’s done. Moreso, a sitting President wields enormous power. He can easily use EFCC to get many of them to support his re-election.

Ganging up against Tinubu is a wrong move, it’s a dead on arrival move! It is even more wrong to be doing that so early on in his Presidency. Tinubu is a ruthless politician, he’s just trying to act gentle in the last 1 year. All of them are too small for him to chew, they already made a mistake by supporting him to be President, now that he is President, a thousand of them can’t kick him out. By the time he starts dealing with El-Rufai, Atiku and even Buhari himself they’ll abandon their plan. That was how they tried to gather against OBJ that year but he destroyed them all.

Tinubu is worse than OBJ , they had better take note.
