Settings >general
Find & click RESET TO INITIAL SETTINGS
Follow the instruction to RESET
You'd be asked for Password, in case you haven't changed the Password,
Default is: 1234 or 0000.

If the line remains after the RESET, then, see a technician: it either needs some adjustments on board, replacement or fixing.

Settings> Picture.
Select the picture test.

Vertical Line in Center of the Screen

Vertical lines have three regular causes.

This is the situation when there is a strong dark line with no gleaming light, and pixel issues can't be repaired. Something else, the circuits and wires inside the TV might be loose. The most common sign this is the issue is that the vertical line changes when the TV is moved or when the TV warms up or cools off.



Horizontal Line on Screen

Horizontal lines have close causes to vertical lines. In a case where the line where the line fluctuates, or moves up and down, the issue is likely to be the input quality, and that could be settled by adjusting the wire that links the cable box, or any other source of input. On the off chance that it is static or flashing, there is likely a physical issue with the TV itself.
