Oats is good for babies aged 6months and above as far as I know.
me I have never heard that story of it being bad because it's rich in fibre.
infact fibre rich foods helps with bowel movement.
Since you started giving it to Zoey, has she ever reacted badly to it?

Pls my ds has being having this cough which has lingered for too long. We've been to the hospital severally dat i've even become tired...! The cough relives him but will resurface after about a week. Im so so fed up...

I decided to buy/try ZINNAT Antibiotics. Pls mama that have used ir,how do u administer it(i.e hw many ml & hw many times bcus me no undstnd g grammar written on the leaflet)

Cough syrup dont work for kids cos they swallow the phlem.

for our own cough episode, i have just come to realise that its a sign for growth for her... but what helped us was changing our environment.
My lady coughs more at night and in my bedroom.
A doc made me realise its the Carpet(Rug) in d room, then the room not being ventilated enough. We had to use very light curtains and removed the rugs.
Then we we given an anti allergy drug too.... as i also have allergy and now we hardly have cough.

If all this is in place... please talk to ur doctor about antibiotics.
Then also reduce exposure to cold esp night bath..... if u must dont pour water on d head... or better still use a cloth to clean d body.

Lets know how far let other mamas put mouth too.

You "must" be married, i know 'single lady' egusi when i see it, this one is cooked with love for someone. This your egusi just made my day, this type of egusi must be honored with better pounded yam, lock all the doors and close the windows and give gateman strict instructions that i am not home so all those food detecting friends wont crash the party

When i was in love with one play boy.... u need to see my cooking skills.
As in i never knew i could cook that well...lol.
I cooked really nice meals. I even joined a cookung class and was frequent on one Aunty Elas blog... chia.
I learnt a lot then. And it was my first cooking practice outside my home..... lol.

I thank God cos that cooking was just wat i needed at dat time as i met hubs while dating the play boy. Lol
