nuelzy:Washed n Per boiled rice Tomapep Onion Dadawa (iru) Cryfish Dryfish Scent leave Palmoil n gnut oil Salt & Knorr Water Goat meat -fried Pour palm oil n bleach a bit Pour gnut oil Add onion, fry a bit Add blended n boiled tomapep Fry a bit since its boiled before Add cryfish , salt, dryfish, iru Fry Add water n leave to boil Pour in rice When boiling and water is almost disappered from surface, pour in sliced tomato n onion Taste for salt at this point too—- add a bit if need be and make sure its added to the water not ontop of d rice. Lol Then cover with foil (it makes it cook throughly like u r baking so the heat stays locked in) Allow cook on slow heat Remove foil Add scent leave Stir with turning stick or stir carefully with spoon Turn off fire And cover back ( i like for it all to settle, the rice looks different) Serve later Thank you Pls post pix lets do more 4 Likes 4 Shares |
